new element, Lego get it approved by the owners of the IPs. The inputs of the engineers and
designers then do their work so the product's appearance can be approved by the IP owners.
Their equipment is very standardized, so that also gives a lot of opportunities to do knowledge
sharing around the globe for our quality people. Lego has always been very careful of the
product safety of toys so they have internal standards that are lower than the negative limits so
