 Basic Setup Expectation and Center Capability

1. The company shall cover Computers and headsets with the use of the existing set up. DDV shall
be covered by the client or if there is any additional tool required to run the project.
2. The company operates on a 24/7 set up with standby generator on site and 100 mbps static IP
connection with back up 50mbps static IP line as redundancy in case of downtime. Current set up
of the network connects to a network attached server which later on be converted into a medium
size data center around second quarter of the year.
3. The company requires a 10-15 day grace period on a 10-20 seater campaign launch. This is to
provide enough time to supply the required head count as well as the setup of required tools for
training and production.
4. The company works on a 9 hour shift with 1 hour unpaid lunch and two 15min breaks paid by
the client.
5. The company expects that all agents are paid during training. We are confident that agents are
well qualified and should be able to hit production after training. Should there be agents to fail,
the company is open for negotiation for a minimum fee for days rendered by the agent.
6. Natural disasters is not common in Bacolod. For incidents of heavy rain or typhoon not affecting
internet connectivity we have company vehicle that picks up each agents to safely get to work.
We also provide reliever pool on some of our accounts to address issues of attrition. The Office
is also equip with nap rooms should there be a need to house our agents in cases of heavy rain or
floods.
7. The Company will shoulder management fee for 1 Team POC and one QA for every 30 agents
launch on campaigns with $7/hr offer or higher.
8. Physical Infrastructure - desk, chairs? Admin support? Technical support? Or is price all
inclusive?
9. Physical infrastructure (desk, chairs, computers and headsets) and basic support (Admin and
Technical) are All inclusive to the price unless client requires special set up not included on our
existing infrastructure in which the company is open for negotiation with the client to invest
such.
10. Client should provide the CRM and software or any tools required for the job which includes the
DDV.
