 DETAILS

1. Analyse the academic calendar that was released officially by

education authority to determine total of effective week per
month.
Academic calendar consist of
• Holidays (weekend, semester break, Fast beginning break, Feast day
(Ied, Idul Adha, Christmast and so on), national holidays, election
holydays etc).
• Mid of odd/even semeters exam, Odd/Even semester exam, School
Exam, National Exam.
2. Analyse the curriculum structure to determine total of sucject
hours per week

3. Analyse BC and syllabus to estimate total of learning hours for

each BC.
4. Calculate the effective week per semester and year.
5. Calculate the effective week for learning per semester.
6. Determine time allocation for each BC based on the depth and
breadth of material for each BC based on effective week for each
semester.
7. Fill the time allocation and BC in the Annual Program Format.
8. Map the time distribution per BC in the Semester Program
format.
