Politic proposals

Objective
To present reasons about how citizens will have to be if we want a better country.

Introduction
According with the United Nations Final Conference document “The future we want”,
it is stipulated in point six the following words
We recognize that people are at the center of sustainable development and,
in this regard, we strive for a world that is just, equitable and inclusive, and
we commit to work together to promote sustained and inclusive economic
growth, social development and environmental protection and thereby to
benefit all.
Taking this into account, it´s pertinent to check out the policies that rule the citizen’s
behaviors which allow that we all care our environment from good sociable practices
and people aspirations with regard to the environment they wish to have.
That is why it´s important citizens know such policies around environment and evaluate
them in order to understand how much they can contribute to the planet´s benefit and
all human civilization.

Procedure
The students will work in groups of maximum 4 people or as individuals. They will
create rules that limit some human behaviors that affect the environment and the
social coexistence. In addition, they will create sanctioning rules where it´s evident
penalties and fines to the people that attack against environmental resources and the
society. Finally, they will emit laws that reward good behaviors, natural resources
preservation and healthy coexistence.
This product will be VIDEO where the students can express 10 human actions on
environment in their communities and give directive sanctioning and rewarding rules
they have created.
They will respond the following questions:

 What have people done to conserve or pollute / contaminate the environment

in your neighborhood??
 What will happen to people who conserve or pollute environment in the future?
The students will have to hand over a document with the 10 human actions and 10
rules.
Example 1. The people in the “Froresta” neighborhood have cut down trees. In the
future, citizen who cut down trees will have to plant 1o trees.

Example 2. In the neighborhood of Lopez citizens have thrown garbage in the rivers.
From now onward, citizens who throw garbage in rivers will be fined a minimum wage.

Example 3. In the neighborhood of Compartir, people have planted trees in front of

their houses. From today, people who clean parks will be receive 10 % discount in their
water bill.

Linguistic aspects to include

Human actions: rules, conservation, citizen, behavior, civism, benefit, empathy,
moderation, respect to the others, environmental policies and elections.
-Grammar: future (will). Zero and first conditional.
-Lexical: expressions related with civism and environmental care. Do not throw the
garbage, if you vote for me, work together, respect the others and etc.
-Communicative function: To make a prediction about a possible future condition in
our country taking into account the environmental policies. To infer based in evidence
taken from real facts.

Propuestas politicas

Objetivo

Presentar razones sobre cómo deberán ser los ciudadanos si queremos un país mejor.

Introducción

De acuerdo con el documento de la Conferencia Final de las Naciones Unidas "El futuro que
queremos", se estipula en el punto seis las siguientes palabras

Reconocemos que las personas están en el centro del desarrollo sostenible y, en este sentido,
luchamos por un mundo que sea justo, equitativo e inclusivo, y nos comprometemos a trabajar
juntos para promover el crecimiento económico sostenido e inclusivo, el desarrollo social y la
protección ambiental y para beneficiar a todos.

Teniendo esto en cuenta, es pertinente verificar las políticas que rigen los comportamientos de los
ciudadanos que permiten que todos cuidemos nuestro medio ambiente desde las buenas prácticas
sociales y las aspiraciones de las personas con respecto al medio ambiente que desean tener.

Es por eso que es importante que los ciudadanos conozcan esas políticas sobre el medio ambiente
y las evalúen para comprender cuánto pueden contribuir al beneficio del planeta y a toda la
civilización humana.

Procedimiento

Los estudiantes trabajarán en grupos de máximo 4 personas o como individuos. Crearán reglas que
limitan algunos comportamientos humanos que afectan el medio ambiente y la convivencia social.
Además, crearán reglas sancionatorias en las que se evidenciarán sanciones y multas para las
personas que atacan contra los recursos ambientales y la sociedad. Finalmente, emitirán leyes que
recompensen los buenos comportamientos, la preservación de los recursos naturales y la
convivencia saludable.

Este producto será un VIDEO donde los estudiantes pueden expresar 10 acciones humanas sobre
el medio ambiente en sus comunidades y dar sanciones directivas y reglas gratificantes que han
creado.

 Ellos responderán las siguientes preguntas:

• ¿Qué han hecho las personas para conservar o contaminar / contaminar el medio ambiente en
su vecindario?

• ¿Qué pasará con las personas que conservan o contaminan el medio ambiente en el futuro?
Los estudiantes deberán entregar un documento con las 10 acciones humanas y las 10 reglas.

Ejemplo 1. La gente del barrio "Froresta" ha cortado árboles. En el futuro, los ciudadanos que
talen árboles deberán plantar 1o árboles.

Ejemplo 2. En el barrio de López, los ciudadanos tiraron basura en los ríos. A partir de ahora, los
ciudadanos que arrojen basura en los ríos recibirán una multa por un salario mínimo.

Ejemplo 3. En el barrio de Compartir, la gente ha plantado árboles frente a sus casas. A partir de
hoy, las personas que limpian parques recibirán un 10% de descuento en su factura de agua.

Aspectos lingüísticos para incluir

Acciones humanas: normas, conservación, ciudadanía, comportamiento, civismo, beneficio,

empatía, moderación, respeto a los demás, políticas ambientales y elecciones.

-Grammar: futuro (voluntad). Cero y primer condicional.

-Lexical: expresiones relacionadas con el civismo y el cuidado del medio ambiente. No tire la
basura, si vota por mí, trabajen juntos, respeten a los demás, etc.

-Función comunicativa: hacer una predicción sobre una posible condición futura en nuestro país
teniendo en cuenta las políticas ambientales. Inferir en base a evidencia tomada de hechos reales.
