How will this "10-in-20" Campaign make an

impact?

We're getting right to work in 2020! In February, we'll be on the ground in

Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Egypt.

Pakistan: At the Rotary Peace Symposium in Hamburg last summer, Bianca

connected with a dynamic Pakistani human rights lawyer currently working in
northern Pakistan. We are looking into collaborating with her efforts to train
community groups of women mediators in this highly conservative area of
Pakistan, starting with February's exploratory trip.

Afghanistan: February will also see us conducting the second round of staff
care training for a prominent international NGO with hundreds of local Afghan
staff (name withheld for security reasons).

Then in March, we'll be in Germany to reconnect with Building Leaders for

Peace (BL4P), who are conducting their international gathering in Berlin. Their
key peacebuilding leaders will gather from BL4P's project locations in Iraq,
Syria, Turkey, Colombia, and elsewhere. This is an organization doing
incredible work—we've already walked alongside their staff in Turkey—and we
are in regular discussion about how we can equip the rest of their staff with the
resilience assistance they need.
 

These trips and projects cost money. Your donations allow us to continue
working and growing in 2020!
