In connection with your audit related to the consolidated Financial statement of Tegeta Motors LLC (“the
Company”) and its subsidiaries (as defined in Appendix N1 to this letter) and separate Financial statement of
the Company for the year ended 31 December 2019 prepared in accordance with International Financial
Reporting Standards (“the IFRSs”), we provided you with the brief description of all pending or threatened
litigations, claims and assessments involving the Company or its subsidiaries, as either plaintiff or defendant,
with the claimed amount over thousand GEL as of 31 December 2019 and as of the date of this letter, as
mentioned in Appendix N2 hereto.

We further confirm, that:

1. No investigation concerning the Company, or its subsidiaries is being conducted by any governmental
agency having regulatory jurisdiction over the Company or its subsidiaries;
2.No examination of the Company’s or its subsidiaries 2019 income tax returns has been conducted by tax
authorities as of 31 December 2019 and as of the date of this letter; and
3. The Company or its subsidiaries have not failed to act in accordance with applicable local law, which could
result in a material liability.

Based on the information provided above, we confirm that there are no pending or, to the best of our
knowledge, threatened litigations, claims and assessments involving the Company or its subsidiaries as either
plaintiff or defendant, with the claimed amount over thousand GEL as of 31 December 2019 and as of the
date of this letter, requiring provision or other type of disclosure in the financial statements as of 31 December
2019 and for the period then ended, except for those listed in Appendix N1 hereto.
