AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT TO SELL

This Amendment to that certain Contact to Sell dated May 05, 2017.

BETWEEN: _____________________, Filipino, of legal age , married to

______________and with residence and postal address at Crisostomo St.,
Matain, Subic, Zambales, hereinafter referred to as the VENDOR;

AND: _____________, Filipino, of legal age, single and resident of San Isidro, Subic,
Zambales, hereinafter referred as the VENDEE;

WHEREAS, the parties wish to amend certain terms of the Contract to Sell; and WHEREAS, certain
capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein are defined in the Contract to Sell;

THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:

1. DELETION & ALTERATION

Section “ That the VENDEE desires to buy a portion of the above described parcel of land
consisting of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY (250) SQUARE METERS, from the above described property
and the VENDOR agree to sell the afore-cited real estate property;” is hereby deleted and is
hereby altered to TWO HUNDRED TWENTY-NINE (229) SQUARE METERS.

2. PRICE CHANGE

Section “ That for and in consideration of the sum of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND
(250,000) PESOS, Philippine currency, the VENDOR does hereby SELL, TRANSFER, CONVEY unto
the said VENDEE, the above mentioned property, subject to the following terms and conditions
hereinafter set forth, to wit;….” is hereby changed to TWO HUNDRED TWENTY-NINE THOUSAND
(229, 000) PESOS, Philippine currency.

3. PAYMENT

Section “Item No. 2 that the VENDEE shall pay the VENDOR the amount of FIFTEEN THOUSAND
(Php15,000) PESOS as partial payment receipt of which amount is acknowledged by the vendor;”
is hereby superseded as the VENDEE paid an amount of FIFTEEN THOUSAND (Php15,000) PESOS
last month of May and an amount of TWENTY THOUSAND (Php20,000) PESOS for the month of
June. A total of THIRTY-FIVE THOUSAND (Php35,000) PESOS was paid as of JUNE 2017.

Section “Item No. 3 that the balance of TWO HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS
(Php235,000) shall be paid in installment within eighteen (18) months from the date of this
contact.” is hereby changed to balance of ONE HUNDRED NINETY-FOUR THOUSAND PESOS
(Php194,000).
