PREFACE

The Pandemic Is the Opening Salvo

There have been lifetimes in the last few months. We have been writing as if to catch up with the future, instead of finishing the book. It is August 4, 2021, and we must be done. The book should be published in a matter of weeks. Hopefully, it will provide the world with a better understanding of what is unfolding before our eyes in a growing, at times blinding, blaze of oppression.

Our book, COVID-19 and the Global Predators, began with an inquiry into the source of the obviously irrational, contradictory, and harmful public health policies implemented in the name of COVID-19. Eventually, it grew so broad and deep in scope that it now requires an introductory summation of some of our major discoveries and conclusions.

A BASIC PUBLIC HEALTH PRINCIPLE

A basic public health principle is, The more society can function normally during a pandemic—the better the people will manage and survive. This policy was turned on its head into, The more society can be frightened, isolated, controlled, and suppressed—the safer it will be from the virus.

DENYING THE ORIGIN OF THE VIRUS IN AMERICAN AND CHINESE LABS

From the start, the source of SARS-CoV-2 was denied, although it is the obvious product of collaborative U.S./Chinese gain-of-function research, making deadly SARS-CoV viruses in American and Chinese labs. The origin of SARS-CoV-2 is easily traced and documented in multiple scientific publications, most of them funded in part by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and Anthony Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID).

Some gain-of-function projects funded by NIAID and NIH involved American collaborations with China. Other NIAID and NIH funding continues to support individual American and Chinese Communist researchers creating dangerous viruses. Fauci lied under oath before a Senate committee when he said neither NIAID nor NIH funded gain-of-function research conducted in China or the U.S.

Ultimately, SARS-CoV-2 was released from the Wuhan Institute of Virology. Whether or not it was done intentionally is a difficult question we will fully address and then draw conclusions about in Chapter 4.

NIAID and NIH continue to fund these deadly gain-of-function experiments in American labs.⁵ Other U.S. agencies have also contributed funding to gain-of-function research, ominously including the shadowy Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). DARPA is a part of the Department of Defense. Research into making deadly viruses and vaccines in the U.S. is inevitably connected to perpetrating and defending against biological attack, much as it is in other Western nations.

Early on, the question arose, Why would the U.S. support the Chinese Communist biowarfare program by sharing advanced research and experimentation on making pandemic viruses?

Eventually, we would find many of the basic explanations.

WE SEND CRITICAL INFORMATION TO PRESIDENT TRUMP AND HE TAKES ACTION

In mid-April 2020, we published a blog and video about Anthony Fauci and NIAID’s support of the seemingly treasonous U.S./Chinese Communist collaboration making deadly viruses. We sent our blog and video up lines to President Donald Trump’s inner circle, and two days later the President cancelled all funding for U.S./Chinese viral research funding, although we will find reason to believe that Fauci continues to find ways around this prohibition.

This early success gave us hope for having a continued impact, and we went to work on what became COVID-19 and the Global Predators: We Are the Prey. Both of us have been working hard for sixteen months, often up to ten hours a day, researching and gathering information for our book from innumerable colleagues and sources. We have also been sharing as much of our knowledge as we can with the rest of the world through written reports, media, and circulating the manuscript as it developed.

SUPPRESSING THE HOME-BASED EARLY AND EFFECTIVE TREATMENT OF COVID-19

We soon learned that most of the relevant identifiable institutions in the West—NIH, NIAID, the FDA, the CDC, WHO, the major and social media, the scientific and medical establishments, the tech companies, the universities, governments, and multiple billionaires—were suppressing and continue to suppress the early and very effective treatments for COVID-19.

Hundreds of honorable and heroic doctors were and continue to be threatened, risking the loss of their professional careers, as they successfully treat COVID-19 patients. They are saving lives with readily available, safe, and effective treatments for infection with SARS-CoV-2. All the treatments are inexpensive, including hydroxychloroquine, ivermectin, and assorted biological and nutraceutical approaches.

Peter A. McCullough MD, Elizabeth Lee Vliet MD, and Vladimir Zev Zelenko MD—each of these three medical doctors are leading the early, home-based treatment movement and helping to save millions of lives. Each of them has honored us by reviewing our manuscript and writing introductions to this book.

We asked ourselves, Why do the global predators continue to violently suppress early home-based treatments, causing the unnecessary deaths of millions of people?

Then we found out why. There is a catch in the federal legislation called the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) that empowers the government to finance drug company costs for the development of vaccines and to rush them onto the market at breakneck speed without standard FDA approval as safe and effective. Under the EUA, the U.S. could not finance and rush through the experimental and potentially lethal vaccines unless there were no safe and effective treatments already in place.

Bill Gates, Fauci, and the drug companies with their predatory investors must continue to do everything in their power to discredit existing safe and effective treatments. At any time, if they fail to suppress all effective treatments, their enormous ambitions for money and power from the unwarranted experimental mass vaccinations will collapse like a flimsy house of cards.

Hydroxychloroquine-based home treatments reduce hospitalizations by 87% and deaths by 75%, while ivermectin-based treatments may be as good or better.

But the global predators suppress these life-saving therapies to swell their wealth and power by forcing unneeded, unproven, dangerous vaccinations on the entire world. As ghastly as it seems, many of the most wealthy and powerful people and organizations in the world would rather see people die without treatment than lose their much-anticipated pandemic opportunity to coerce all of us into being experimentally vaccinated while having the government cover their expenses and protect them from lawsuits.

After reading this preface, Peter A. McCullough MD sent this important analysis to us on June 28, 2021:

We are more than six months into the largest mass vaccination program in U.S. history. There have been no press briefings to the public on overall vaccine safety by the CDC, FDA, NIH, or White House Task Force. The silence has been deafening despite 411, 391 adverse event reports to the CDC with 54, 606 urgent care visits, 23, 257 hospitalizations, and 6, 985 deaths as of June 25, 2021.⁶ No analysis of these adverse event reports has been given to our terrified citizens who are being forced to gamble their health and their lives on unsafe, experimental vaccines or lose the right to exercise their Constitutional rights to travel or to go work, to school, or to public and private events.

If there were complete reporting of every vaccine related safety event, the already huge numbers of injured and dead from the vaccines would probably be tenfold or greater. At this rate, since the launch of the mass vaccination program, there will be more casualties and damage to the health of Americans attributable to the vaccines than to the COVID-19 respiratory illness during that same period.

A WELL-PLANNED LONG-TERM STRATEGY: VACCINATING THE WORLD FOR WEALTH AND POWER

The deplorable, wicked actions by those in charge of COVID-19 became much more understandable in light of the necessity of their preventing early, effective treatments for COVID-19, while simultaneously rushing through highly remunerative experimental vaccines under the Emergency Use Authorization. They were sacrificing millions of lives in order to preserve their ability to get taxpayer financing and a free pass from the FDA to flood the world with their vaccines at breakneck speed.

Learning that COVID-19 was about forcing humanity to submit to experimental, dangerous, and costly vaccines, and to use that justification for increasing totalitarian power, opened up a broader understanding. Then we could begin to unravel the overall scheme for exploiting humanity.

THE GLOBAL PREDATOR NETWORK

We uncovered how a loose but coordinated array of billionaires, tech companies, public health schools and authorities, major worldwide corporations, and their allies had been planning at least as early as 2016 to make a financial killing on what they defined and repeatedly predicted as the inevitable and soon-to-arrive pandemic. Four years ahead of time, the globalists began making massive marketing expenditures to prepare the world for accepting dangerously rushed vaccination programs in the future. The propaganda splurge was stunning, and before 2017 was over, they were already predicting and preparing the world specifically for a SARS-CoV pandemic through which to impose their vaccines on humanity at the first opportunity.

From as early as January 2017, the global predators planned for the financial windfall to come specifically from making and marketing untried, highly dangerous mRNA and DNA vaccines. They already had programs called platforms in the early stages of development with Moderna and Pfizer that would, several years later, in 2020, be named and unveiled as Operation Warp Speed.

The globalists were also organizing and collecting a massive fusion of corporate, philanthropic, and government financing, which is the backbone of Klaus Schwab’s Great Reset announced in 2020. They were already working with many world governments and agencies, and huge investors, without any involvement of actual legislative bodies, courts, or citizens’ groups placing restraints on them. Wielding so much power, influence, and money, they met nothing but appreciation from people and organizations ambitious to have a piece of the action.

CONNECTIONS TO COMMUNIST CHINA

From the start of COVID-19 in 2020, the collaborating globalists have included America’s top tech corporations: Microsoft, Apple, Alphabet (Google and YouTube), Facebook, and Twitter. Almost every single top American billionaire remains deep in the predatory morass: Jeff Bezos, Bill Gates, Warren Buffett (a partner with Gates until he recently resigned), Mark Zuckerberg, the Waltons, Steve Balmer, Larry Page, and Michael Bloomberg. All are deeply invested in China. The more recently crowned king of the billionaires, Elon Musk, has well-advertised ambitions for Tesla and other products in the Chinese market. As Bloomberg Business recently declared,⁷ Elon Musk Loves China, and China Loves Him Back—for Now.

Meanwhile, the coalition continues to include surrogates for the top predators. Two of the most powerful are Anthony Fauci (very close to Bill Gates) and Tedros of WHO (also very close to Gates and even closer to the Chinese Communists).

This lockstep support of global predation includes the two premier American schools of public health, Johns Hopkins and Harvard. The medical and scientific establishments are marching into the future with the globalist predatory plans, including the most highly respected medical journals, The Lancet, The New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM), and The Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA). All of them continue to fully cooperate with the globalist predatory goals of exonerating the Chinese Communists, preventing early treatment, and pushing experimental vaccines onto humanity. They participate in crushing the Western democratic republics with draconian public health measures that disrupt individual lives, society, and the economy.

All the old and supposedly progressive radio and TV media unflinchingly support the global predators, while protecting Communist China. They include ABC, NBC, and CBS; National Public Radio; and CNN and MSNBC. Although getting shaky about it, they continue to reject the Wuhan Institute origin of SARS-CoV-2. They reject the truth as racist and conspiratorial. They also back every new political oppression in the name of COVID-19, including the worst actions of extremist Democratic governors. The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The New York Times, and USA Today—the old establishment print media—behave as one with their radio and TV counterparts.

Many, if not most, large American universities are also closely tied to global predators and, surprisingly so, to the Chinese Communist Party. Chinese businesses and scientific enterprises enrich the universities. The universities in return provide profits, patents, industrial and military secrets, and training for Communist scientists in high-tech, virology, and other critical areas for national security. The situation is so bad that some universities are under federal investigation for their ties to China and to the Chinese Communist Party.

Again, our book documents all that we are presenting in this preface.

Most of the world’s largest corporations and banks, regardless of their national origin, are deeply involved in global exploitation. All of them salivate over current and future opportunities to invest heavily in Chinese markets. They show no hesitation about working with a predatory government that uses slave labor, and they are happy to make money from Chinese enterprises, such as those involved in surveillance and media censoring, that oppress the Chinese people. Nor do they display any qualms about strengthening the world’s most threatening dictatorship, which is competing with America for dominance and developing weapons of mass destruction for use against America as the last, great bastion of individual and political liberty.

Also supporting the global predators, we find key American politicians. Among them are recent Republican presidents before Donald Trump and many top Republican establishment leaders; the anti-Trumpers; and the Koch family. The entire progressive political establishment has also become entwined with the highest circles of worldwide industry and finance and the Chinese government. There can be no mistaking the intentions of the Chinese Communist Party—it has always intended to reshape the world into a Communist empire with itself as the supreme ruler. Any denial of the Communist goals by Western leadership is self-deluding and ultimately suicidal.

Even Pope Francis has become a Communist collaborator. The Pope is taking millions of dollars from China and in return giving the Communists the power to select Catholic bishops in China. This has never been done before. Simultaneously, the Pope is pushing the Church as far to the Left as possible.

Every global predator we could identify is financially wedded to and filled with admiration for, not the United States or other Western democracies, but for Communist China and totalitarianism. This ultimate realization from our research was totally dismaying.

COVID-19 policies have aimed at and caused a massive shutdown of Western economies. The intention of the globalists has been to harm and intimidate democratic republics such as the United States, Great Britain, Germany, and Australia. The ultimate goal is to vastly increase top-down government, authoritarianism, and totalitarianism throughout the world.

The global predators want to stop the U.S. and other Western nations from impeding their global predation. This menacing group includes most of the world’s billionaires and the major institutions of the West, and it is backed by the Chinese Communist Party. This coalition of evil could ultimately result in a thousand-year reign of terror under the Chinese Communist Empire.

WE DISCOVER THE MASTER PLAN!

After the first printing of our book, we found Bill Gates’ 2016 CEPI: Preliminary Business Plan for the coming pandemic (on www.breggin.com at https://breggin.com/covid-19-and-the-global-predators-resources). This analysis draws on our earlier discovery of a July 2017 21-page CEPI summary of the business plan presented to WHO to document their collaboration in their new world governance. The Business Plan confirms the later summary.

CEPI is the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations. It was officially unveiled in early 2017 by Bill Gates, along with cofounder Klaus Schwab of the World Economic Forum (WEF). The giant philanthropic health fund, Wellcome Trust, was also among the original founders. The CEPI master plan, presented to WHO in the summer of 2017, was essentially aimed at empowering each other to run the next pandemic and hence to govern much of the world’s activities.

In the CEPI master plan, which WHO adopted, Bill Gates manages the vaccine production and profits from the coming pandemic while WHO manages the medical and scientific community. WHO’s major role became managing the pandemic in the interest of the Chinese Communist Party and Bill Gates, two of the largest donors to WHO.

At its inception in January 2017, CEPI was already a massive organization that epitomized the yet-unnamed Great Reset strategy. CEPI takes funding from governments, philanthropic organizations, and billionaires, and then reinvests it into the pharmaceutical industry, supposedly for the benefit of humanity:⁸

CEPI is an innovative partnership between public, private, philanthropic, and civil organisations. It was founded by the governments of India and Norway, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Wellcome and the World Economic Forum. Other partners include multinational pharmaceutical corporations, the World Health Organization, and NGOs.

CEPI is supported by several leading pharmaceutical companies with strength in vaccines – GSK, Merck, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Sanofi, and Takeda, plus the Biotechnology Innovation Organisation.

CEPI’s complex partnerships, investments, and governances are transnational, autonomous, and probably beyond the reach of most regulatory agencies.⁹ It goes into partnership with and funnels vast amounts of money into the pharmaceutical industry, including Chinese corporations.¹⁰ CEPI recently boasted, By the end of 2019, CEPI had a total of 19 vaccine candidates against five priority pathogens and three rapid response platforms in its portfolio.¹¹ Bill Gates and CEPI could not have been better positioned to make a fortune from COVID-19.

But Bill Gates wanted to guarantee that he would suffer no losses in the coming pandemic while collecting dazzling profits. In one of the most stunning financial boondoggles in history, Bill Gates’ CEPI announced a fundamental principle of its working agreement with WHO: No Loss: vaccine developers should be reimbursed for their direct and indirect costs. This goal would guarantee huge personal profits in the coming pandemic for Bill Gates’ vast investments in the pharmaceutical industry. But that was not enough for the master manipulator. As another principle worked out with WHO, Gates’ CEPI foundation would take any excess profits from the drug companies to pay back CEPI funding. That way, the wealth of the Gates’ controlled fund would also grow (Chapter 15).

THE DESPERATE NEED FOR AN IDEOLOGY RESULTS IN THE GREAT RESET

With exceptions—such as the Chinese Communist Party and aggressive Jihadist organizations—most global predators have no strong ideological commitments. They are strictly driven by personal ambition and the acquisition of wealth and power. They are not patriotic toward any nation. They have no religion and most are agnostics or atheists, with many identifying themselves as humanists or transhumanists. Their ethics are relativist, situational, and tailored to meeting their greater goals. This vastly limits their ability to take over the world because people who lack a strongly motivating ideology also lack courage and the required determination to succeed or to die in the effort.

Many of the heroic founders of America believed they were fighting much more to fulfill God’s purposes than for their own more petty ambitions. The signers of the Declaration of Independence knew they were putting their names on their death warrant, should King George get his hands on them. Their dedication inspired me to write a little book for families titled, Wow, I’m an American! How to Live Like Our Nation’s Heroic Founders.

For some modern global predators—including Bill Gates, President Joe Biden, and his environmental czar John Kerry—their identified intellectual spokesperson is Klaus Schwab. Schwab promotes the concept of the Great Reset—essentially a combination of predatory capitalism and predatory progressivism working with predatory governments—while opposing the principles of individual and political liberty and the world’s democratic republics. Schwab is a lackluster leader, and his philosophy is pitifully weak; but his Great Reset concept affords us the ability to see what they have in store for us should they triumph.

The Great Reset aims to further empower people of great wealth and influence to use docile top-down governments to exploit the world. In the process, it plans to distort human nature and contemporary societies to create more conformist people. The newly engineered human, this product of transhumanism, will happily live under their governance, despite crushing deprivations of personal freedom and quality of life. Population control will help enable the remaining people to have enough food and limited amenities, while preserving planet Earth by reducing the number of human consumers and polluters.

Schwab spelled out all of the above in his 2020 book, COVID-19 and The Great Reset. He acknowledged that the greatest threat to globalist ambitions are the patriotic, democratic republics, especially the United States with its love of individualism and freedom. He admitted that the nemesis of globalism was President Donald Trump.

In his book, Schwab warned that globalism was taking a beating from President Trump and his America First policies. America was finally refusing to further empower Communist China or to sacrifice American workers and businesses to the global economy and its politics. Schwab was hopeful, however, and boasted about using COVID-19 to further his globalist schemes.

The global predators are neither idealistic progressives nor freedom-loving capitalists. They are devoted neither to the common good nor to individual freedom. They are predators eager to collaborate with anyone who shares the primary goal of controlling, dominating, and exploiting humanity.

If the global predators succeed in further weakening America, until no nation remains to resist them, they will be in for a shock. The global predators will not thrive under the Chinese Communist Empire that they so avidly support. They will either slavishly serve the empire or be extinguished. Meanwhile, a few patriotic democracies, led by a reinspired America, are the only hope for the survival of individual and political freedom in the world.

PRESIDENT TRUMP’S CRITICAL FAILURES

In mid-April 2020, when President Donald Trump responded to our public disclosures by cancelling the several-year U.S. collaboration with the Chinese Communists in making deadly SARS-CoVs, we were vastly encouraged. Unfortunately, President Trump did not follow up by cancelling all gain-of-function research. And then our President let things get progressively and tragically worse.

Trump ultimately supported the most massively organized assault on humanity in history, one especially focused on America and the free world. It crushed societies and economies around the world. Churches, small businesses, and schools were shut down. Children learned to act like humbled prisoners, and adults became arrogant prison guards. Humanity itself became demoralized under the crushing weight, not of the pandemic itself, but of the draconian public health measures that were calculated to render humans more docile and amenable to control.

SARS-CoV-2 was less deadly to most of the population than the seasonal flu and most dangerously struck the very elderly and impaired, but few had to die. Yet millions died, and continue to die, because President Trump gave up on early home-based treatment. He could have asserted his presidential authority to issue an executive order to make highly successful home-based treatment widely available across America, including the release of 63 million doses of hydroxychloroquine from government stockpiles. The entire trajectory of the pandemic would have been blunted, resulting in few hospitalizations or deaths. He received information that could have provided him the legal basis for such actions. Instead, he enthusiastically supported Operation Warp Speed to produce the dangerous, experimental, and already proven-deadly vaccines. America, the last bastion of freedom, is falling before the spearhead of globalism in the form of a spike protein too small to see with the naked eye.

After heroically standing up to the global predators on political and economic issues, President Trump played into their hands by refusing to fight their totalitarian assault in the guise of treating COVID-19. He allowed the destruction of the wonderful economy he had built and did little or nothing to prevent the closing of schools, churches, and small businesses.

It is impossible to know if any human being could have stood up against such an unexpected, unprecedented onslaught of evil, but many of us had hoped for this President to lead us through the worst. When President Trump failed, we still hoped, when he was out of office and free of Deep State influences, that he would then realize he had been duped into betraying humanity in his handling of COVID-19.

Former President Trump continues to boast about his vaccine program and to urge people to take these gene-modifying, experimental shots. He ignores the coercion being applied to our citizens to make them submit to the jabs, and he fails to address the threats of mandates and vaccine passports that will expand globalist control over their lives. Former President Trump does not address the horrific prospect of imposing these experimental vaccines on younger and younger children. He also continues to betray humanity by failing to support early home-based treatments which, in the great majority of cases, prevent the need for hospitalization and eliminate most deaths.

All of this is sad, but true. However, it does not undermine a major theme of this book: President Trump’s America First policies deeply threatened the globalist predators and brought them out like giant bats flying in black clouds from dark caves at the witch’s beckoning. President Trump’s pro-America, and hence anti-globalist policies, included closing the southern border to wholesale invasions, raising employment rates and real wages to new heights among minority and working-class people, bringing back industries to America, and defying the Koch family, the Bushes, and other Republican globalists.

Seeing a huge setback in their previously unfettered exploitations, the global predators struck back. The Chinese Communists, with the collaboration of WHO and a coalition led by Bill Gates and his surrogate Anthony Fauci, acted precipitously and inflicted COVID-19 on the U.S. and much of the world. These events, so previously impossible to contemplate—so beyond our own imaginations before we began our research—are thoroughly documented in this book.

All of President Trump’s accomplishments were erased or set back by his submission to the totalitarian COVID-19 strategies of the global predators. However, his earlier monumental successes forced these exploiters of humanity out into the open, alerting millions of Americans, and many others throughout the world, to their identities and to the enormity of their threat.

During his campaign and in his administration until COVID-19, Trump contributed marvelously to the revival of the spirit of freedom in America. Now, increasing numbers are joining the movement to restore our nation’s great principles of individual liberty and political freedom. We must each do everything we can to retake America as a nation devoted to freedom.

The oppressors of free people everywhere, both foreign and domestic, want us demoralized, discouraged, hopeless, and depressed. They want us to give up and give in to their orders and their New World Order.

We must not give in. We must never give up. We must set aside our anxieties and sadness, and our wishes that someone would save us—someone big and brash and brave enough to stand up to all the oppressors. There is no one great superhero to come to the rescue of the people of Earth.

Seekers of liberty and seekers of truth, rebels, individualists, explorers, cowboys, artists, nonconformists, intellectuals, mavericks, misfits, professionals, Divergents, free thinkers, and people of faith—even establishment members who now see the light—all of us must stand together. We have only ourselves. We must with true grit and respect and grace forge ahead and create a free tomorrow.

The Breggins carefully examine the science and the facts of the tragic situation surrounding COVID-19.  I want to place these mass murders brought about by improper treatment and withholding lifesaving treatment in their truly horrific context. The mismanagement of the COVID-19 pandemic is akin to mass murder and the genocide of the elderly and infirm. In contradistinction to man’s divine origin, Darwin’s theory of evolution as well as Galton’s ideas of eugenics touted the erroneous belief in the dominance hierarchy in human genetics. This discredited pseudoscience aimed to improve the genetic quality of the human population by excluding people and groups judged to be inferior and exalting those judged to be superior. This is the ideological basis of the Nazis that used it to justify their torture and murder of Jews, disabled people, and other minority groups.

Despite a plethora of scientific data, lifesaving information and access to vital medications are being suppressed for the majority of the human race. This has so far led to the tragic and preventable deaths of over three million people. The perpetrators of this historically heinous crime are motivated by the desire for power and control over the human race. These modern-day slave masters believe that they are übermensch (superhuman) with the right to decide who should live or die.

The denial that the human race is made in the image of G-d invariably leads to the slippery slope of moral relativism, which is governed by the principle of the survival of the fittest. Therefore, the self-proclaimed übermensch of this generation believe in their right to effectuate The Great Reset and New World Order.  In order to facilitate The Great Reset, the World Economic Forum publicly stated their goals for the year 2030:

You will own nothing and you will be happy.

Whatever you want you can rent and it will be delivered by drones.

The United States will not be the world’s leading superpower.

A handful of countries will dominate.

You’ll eat much less meat. An occasional treat and not a staple, for the good of the environment and your health.

A billion people will be displaced by climate change. 

We will have to do a better job at welcoming and integrating refugees. 

There will be a global price on carbon. This will help make fossil fuels history. 

Western values will have been tested to the breaking point.

In the last year, I have personally witnessed the tragic and preventable deaths of hundreds of people from COVID-19. Despite a Samsonian effort to advocate for effective, safe, and affordable prehospital treatments, my colleagues and I have been threatened and censored.

It is my supposition that this suppression of lifesaving information and medication is mass murder. This crime against humanity has been willfully perpetrated by a group of sociopathic despots that possess a delusional G-d complex and perceive themselves as superhumans with the right to enslave others.

It is my strong hope and prayer that they will be brought to justice in both the earthly and heavenly courts.

No national public health leader on the COVID response task force has ever mentioned that physicians and patients could work together and treat people at home to prevent the high mortality rate that came from waiting until people were critically ill and sending them to the hospital to die alone. Their tunnel vision focus was and is solely on contagion control through mask mandates and lockdowns, while waiting in fear for a promised experimental vaccine. Early treatment at home remains a complete blank in every leadership conference and media discussion.

Anthony Fauci, Deborah Birx, experts at CDC, NIH, and FDA, have never treated a single COVID patient and show absolutely no empathy for patients sick at home or families who lost loved ones. These individual human beings—with lives, loves, and a soul—have simply been, and still are, dehumanized cases or positive tests or deaths. These national public health officials have lost all connection with the human dimension of the disease crisis they have been paid to lead as they pontificate on TV with their constantly shifting messages designed to instill and maintain a fearful public to control people. Their lack of compassion and failure to recommend early treatment was and is unconscionable.

Many of us on the front lines taking care of patients simply refused to sit back and watch our patients die. We knew it was possible to prevent most of the deaths if we treated people at home before they were critically ill. Cardiologist Dr. Peter McCullough and family physician Dr. Zev Zelenko were two of the earliest pioneers and strong advocates for early home treatment and both continue to lead the early home-based treatment approaches. We have worked closely together sharing information and treatment approaches and speaking out in the media since March 2020. I agree with the points in their cogent and powerful introductions for the Breggins’ book.

COVID-19 and the Global Predators is literally a must-read. I want to prepare and warn you, however, it is not easy to stomach the enormity of true evil that unfolds as you read the details of the Breggins’ thoroughly documented research, showing step by step how the global predators knowingly weaponized the SARS-CoV-2 virus and suppressed access to simple treatments to push their mass vaccination agenda aimed at fulfilling their malevolent Great Reset agenda.

Who are the puppet masters behind the curtain causing loss of life, loss of economic and social stability, and loss of freedom? The Breggins’ book reads like a Machiavellian detective story as they explain who these global predators are and exactly what their intentions are for their end game.

At times, you may feel overwhelmed by the degree of deadly decisions being made in the shadows with full knowledge of disastrous consequences to people around the world. It is tough emotionally to face such malevolence that took place prior to and during 2020, and continues to occur daily.

Yet, you must face this reality: ONLY if you know the truth about what was done with COVID-19 and how it is being used against us will you be able to take steps to defend yourself and fight for your life and liberty. You can no longer sit back and depend on a doctor to give you straight truth. You are going to have to be proactive and research your options.

In my search to find meaning in all this, I turned to a book I first read as a college student and again as a medical student: Man’s Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl, MD. Dr. Frankl was an Austrian Jewish physician and psychiatrist who wrote about living through and surviving the pure hell of four Nazi concentration camps during World War II. As a survivor of the Holocaust, he continued his career in psychiatry teaching Logotherapy—the therapy he developed focused on helping people find their individual meaning and purpose in life. He touched the lives of millions over his career.

At each point in my life that I read and reread his gut-wrenching, terrifying experiences, I gained critical insights for my own life challenges. But it was during my own major adversities as a physician-turned-patient—facing major spinal surgeries four times to avoid paralysis—that his extraordinarily profound message struck my core like a lightning bolt: When all else is lost, and all around us is devastation and death, the last human freedom is the freedom to choose one’s mental attitude in the face of adversity.

Dr. Frankl’s words have even more power as we face death and devastation on all fronts orchestrated in the COVID-19 pandemic. I faced personal loss of loved ones, and I faced the professional choice of letting my patients die if I gave in to the political and bureaucratic control of my medical decisions. Or I could stand up to medical tyranny and risk my career while doing my best to save lives.

I had additional choices to make. How would I use this adversity? What good am I able to personally bring from it that will help others? My belief in God, my Christian belief in the sanctity of life, and Viktor Frankl’s words all guide me daily. I continue to choose to stand with my courageous colleagues to fight against medical and social tyranny. We continue to heed the words of Dietrich Bonhoeffer, the Lutheran minister ultimately put to death for fighting against the Nazi evil:

"Silence in the face of evil, is itself evil. God will not hold us guiltless.

Not to speak is to speak. Not to act is to act."

Together, we choose to speak. We choose to act. We choose to fight against medical and social tyranny. Together, our group of frontline physicians has saved thousands of lives, using early, home-based treatment with existing medicines we have safely used for decades. Some of us lost jobs; some of us faced threats to our medical licenses; some of us lost hospital privileges for treating patients outside the hospital. We have never stopped trying to help save our patients.

You, dear reader, now face that same hard choice:

Will you give up reading the Breggins’ book because it is difficult to face?

Will you simply read this book, set it aside, and submit to the new normal of the radical globalists’ new restrictions on your life?

Fauci, Globalism, and China: Discoveries that Drove Us into Action

There is a persistent sense of urgency, anxiety, and confusion in America that is unprecedented in our lives and perhaps unknown since the War of Independence or the Civil War. In addition to the overall personal, societal, economic, and political stress caused by COVID-19 policies and restrictions, the pandemic continues to be used to justify the imposition of vast fear and oppression on the American people. All this is being done in the name of public health, but it represents authoritarian politics with worldwide ramifications.

As we tried to understand what continues to be happening to America during COVID-19, we pulled on one medical, political, and economic string after another—and found ourselves unraveling a coalition of global predators. They are individual billionaires, political leaders, government agencies, giant corporations, industries, universities, the major media, the social media, big tech, and even the international medical and scientific establishment. All of them were and are actively benefitting from COVID-19 at the expense of the American people and most of the world.

Nearly all of these globalist individuals and institutions are continuing to prevent America and other Western nations from benefitting from the already available early treatment regimens for COVID-19 that are safe, effective, and very inexpensive. The globalists want to profit from COVID-19, in part by developing government-sanctioned, very expensive drugs and vaccines that are potentially ineffective, dangerous, and highly experimental—and worth billions of dollars.

The predatory globalists also want to weaken America. When we are no longer in the way, they can further impose their own agendas on humanity.

Meanwhile, something more threatening has been coming out into the open. Every time we investigated one of these globalist individuals and institutions—and we will clearly document this—they turned out to have strong ties to China and its ruling Chinese Communist Party (CCP). China is a major and growing source of wealth, self-aggrandizement, and power for those globalist parasites who feed on our ailing great nation. Much more to our surprise, the wealth of China’s 400 billionaires increased by 60% from March to December 2020, greatly outdistancing the rise in wealth among America’s 600 or more billionaires.

In addition, China has made stunning leaps in venture capital or unicorn technology companies.¹³ ByteDance, the owner of TikTok, is number one in the world with a valuation of $140 billion. A ride-sharing and ride-hailing company, Didi Chuxing, is in second place, and its rival ByteDance in seventh.

We began coming to conclusions that others had reached before us¹⁴—the Chinese Communist Party is winning an undeclared war against the United States as part of its intention to create a Communist Empire. Our window into all this began with investigating Anthony Fauci and his scientific collaborations with Bill Gates, the World Health Organization (WHO), the giant pharmaceutical industry, and ultimately China’s Wuhan Institute of Virology and the Chinese Communist Party. Overall, the Chinese Communists are winning victories in multiple sectors from drawing American billionaires into their orbit and transforming our universities with their propaganda¹⁵ to financing infrastructure and technology in the poorest nations of the world.¹⁶

DR. ANTHONY FAUCI TAKES THE WORLD STAGE

By now, nearly everyone has seen and heard Anthony Fauci on television. He is the slender, smallish, older man with grey hair and a gentle smile who represents himself as the authority on science in all matters related to COVID-19. For almost 40 years, he has been the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), and he has become the expert most relied upon for COVID-19 guidance. On the organizational chart, NIAID is among the 27 institutes¹⁷ under the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Another institute under NIH is the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), where early in my career I was a full-time consultant for two years.

For many people, Fauci exemplifies the best in a scientist and public servant. We became immediately suspicious of him because he carries himself as if he were the scientific authority on epidemics and public health measures when, in fact, science and authority are incompatible.

Science is an evolving human enterprise with many shifting viewpoints. Instead of authorities, there are often conflicting, self-interested viewpoints. In the area of public health, which is so chaotic and constantly changing with untold human factors involved, the idea of a person who is an authority—or even worse, the authority—is untenable. Any person who presents as a scientific authority is trying to compel you with arguments that are probably not true and almost certainly not in your self-interest.

We were also concerned because Fauci often contradicted himself and was clearly pushing the agendas of wealthy and powerful drug companies. But we never imagined that tracking his activities would lead us to Bill Gates and then to what we now call the global predators. We never imagined we would find Fauci directly funding projects making deadly viruses with American researchers openly and even proudly collaborating with the greatest global predator of all, the Chinese Communist Party, ultimately fueling its chilling biological weapons strategy called unrestricted warfare. None of this made any sense until we began to understand the psychology and the goals that hold together this loose coalition of global predators, each member pursuing its own agenda to the detriment of humanity.

FAUCI GOES FULLY POLITICAL

We skip ahead to October 31, 2020, only 72 hours before the presidential election day.¹⁸ Some background on federal law helps us appreciate what occurred. The federal Hatch Act does not allow government employees to use their official title or authority when engaging in political activity.¹⁹ In addition, Fauci is a Career Senior Executive Service (SES) employee,²⁰ which further limits his political activities:²¹

Career Senior Executive Service (SES) employees are subject to further restrictive rules and cannot engage in partisan political activities even during off-duty hours or while away from work. These employees are largely limited to exercising the most basic rights of civic participation, such as voting, making political contributions, and expressing individual opinions.

In defiance of the Hatch Act, at that critical moment in American history, two days before a highly contested presidential election, Anthony Fauci interfered with the election by issuing dire warnings about COVID-19 and President Donald Trump’s handling of it. The Washington Post, in obvious collaboration with Fauci and the global predators, offered this threatening headline:²²

The Washington Post went on to repeat and explain the ominous headline:

We’re in for a whole lot of hurt. It’s not a good situation, Anthony S. Fauci, the country’s leading infectious-disease expert, said in a wide-ranging interview late Friday. All the stars are aligned in the wrong place as you go into the fall and winter season, with people congregating at home indoors. You could not possibly be positioned more poorly.

Fauci, a leading member of the government’s coronavirus response, said the United States needed to make an abrupt change in public health practices and behaviors.

The Washington Post clearly identifies Fauci as the leading government official, making Fauci’s remarks anything but personal, and Fauci is explicitly calling for an abrupt change in the leadership of the country, which is profoundly political.

Fauci’s extraordinary and terrifying, and patently illegal, warnings echoed and reinforced those of candidate Joe Biden, who predicted in the second presidential debate that under a Trump administration, we were facing a dark winter. This anti-Trump warning was also widely carried in mainstream media.²³

Ironically, dark winter is a reference to a May 2001 wargame scenario conducted at Andrews Air Force Base involving a limited smallpox biowarfare attack against the United States.²⁴ It was sponsored by the Johns Hopkins Center for Civilian Biodefense Studies.

The last-minute surge of dire threats about a second term for President Trump might have been explained away as the final desperate efforts of Democrats trying to unseat the Republican incumbent. To us, it had become clear that something much greater and more ominous was going on with no end in sight except the destruction of the United States of America.
