Job Description: Design, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning of Hangar at

Ahmedabad Airport.

REFERENCE: RFP Dated 18th September, 2019

We make reference to Request for Proposal Letter dated 21 st October, 2019 for the Subject
Contract, the documents attached thereto comprising the Request for Proposal and any
subsequent bid communications including addenda and clarifications (“RFP Package”).

Any capitalized terms not defined in this Technical Proposal Transmittal Letter shall have the
meaning ascribed to them in the Instruction to Bidders section of the RFP Package.

We have carefully examined the RFP Package in its entirety and we confirm that we have
submitted our Technical Proposal in accordance with all requirements set out therein.

We offer to perform all Work under the terms and conditions set out in the RFP Package.

Attached are four (4) hardcopies and three (3) in pdf format and one (1) in editable format
(CD / DVD ROM) copies of our Technical Proposal, which is submitted, in accordance with
the article named “Submission of Proposal” in the Instructions to Bidders. Our Commercial
Proposal has been submitted separately in accordance with the RFP.

Submission by us of our Technical Proposal constitutes an offer by us that will remain firm,
valid and open to acceptance by the Company for a period of ninety (90) days from the Bid
Closing Date. During such period we will not alter, revoke or withdraw this offer. We
acknowledge that acceptance of our offer by Company, or any subsequent negotiation and
acceptance by Company in respect of our offer, shall create a binding contract between
Company and ourselves.

We have, by careful examination of the RFP Package and any RFP Addenda, satisfied
ourselves as to the nature and location of all Work and the general and local conditions to be
encountered in the performance of any Work.
We certify that no prices or other commercial terms of any nature are contained in our
Technical Proposal.

We further certify that we have carefully checked all of the words and figures included in our
Technical Proposal and other submissions forming part of our Technical Proposal submitted
herewith and that we have carefully reviewed the accuracy of all statements in this Proposal
and attachments hereto and that we are solely responsible for all omissions on our part in
preparing our Technical Proposal.

We agree to bear all costs incurred by us in connection with the preparation and submission
of our Technical Proposal (and any other proposals we submit to Company in relation to the
RFP Package) whether or not successful and to bear any further costs incurred by us prior
to award of any contract.

We confirm that the RFP Package and all information and documentation issued to us in
respect of Hangar at Ahmedabad Airport Project remains the property of the Company and
shall be treated as confidential, and we shall comply with the Confidentiality Agreement
dated………..

Note to Bidder: Unsolicited Alternative Proposal(s) may be submitted but they ought to
be submitted as a separate addition to the basic proposal in full
compliance with the RFP. However, if Bidder has submitted a
discretionary alternative proposal, briefly summarize the discretionary
proposal(s) and its measurable benefit to Company in a paragraph at
this point in Bidder’s response:

If awarded this Contract, we shall within thirty (30) days of such award, work with Company
to agree on and make all changes to the RFP Package that are ultimately to form the
Contract to reflect the agreement we have reached, and we shall thereafter enter into this
Contract to formalize our agreement.

In the event that we are not selected, we confirm that we will return (or destroy, with the
Company written agreement) the documents and data comprising the RFP Package (and
any other RFP documents and data issued to us by or on behalf of Company) in accordance
with the RFP.

We acknowledge the Sponsors right to reject any and all proposals, including any portion of
our Technical Proposal (and any other proposal we submit), if deemed by Company, in its
sole and absolute discretion, to be in the Company best interest.
