USER MANUAL

HOW TO SET UP YOUR PC FOR THE APP


I. PREPARING MS EXCELL ON YOUR DESK TOP / LAPTOP

1. OPEN A NEW MICROSOFT EXCELL FILE

2. CLICK FILE THEN CHOOSE "OPTIONS"


3. THEN CLICK "TRUST CENTER"

4. THEN CLICK "TRUST CENTER SETTINGS"


5. CLICK "MACRO SETTINGS"

6. CLICK "ENABLE ALL MACROS" THEN CLICK “OK” THEN EXIT THE FILE.

7. DOWNLOAD THE APP / FILE.

8. GO TO DOWNLOADS, CUT THE FILE AND PASTE TO DESKTOP SCREEN.

9. DOUBLE CLICK THE APP AND CLICK "ENABLE EDITING"

10. OPEN THE FILE AND LOG IN DEFAULT USERNAME AND PASSWORD.
II. GETTING STARTED – BUTTON FUNCTIONS

a. SEACH BUTTON – enables you to search information from your database.
Just type the NAME or POSITION of worker you want to search in the text box.
You can also search by typing at least first letter of the NAME or POSITION of you want to search and the
results will show in the SEARCH RESULT INDEX
b. CEAR BUTTON – enables you to clear the text boxes.
c. SUBMIT BUTTON – enables you to submit data in the database.
Make sure all basic information field were filled. Write N/A if nothing to write.
After clicking the SUBMIT BUTTON a pop up box will appear. Type “yes” (lower case) and then the data
will be submitted and saved.
d. UPDATE BUTTON – enables you to update existing data in the database. After editing /updating the
data click UPDATE BUTTON and a pop up box will appear. Type “update” (lower case) and then the data
will be updated.
e. PRINT BUTTON – Allows you to print the searched data automatically.
f. AUTO SAVE - Allows you to quick save. (upon submitting a data or exiting the app, it has a build in
auto save.)
g. OTHER FEATURES – if you double click a specific data inside the search results index it will auto
populate the text boxes.
h. LOG-OUT LABEL – if double clicked it will enable you to lock the application. Log in form will appear.

III. CREATE NEW USERNAME (your default user name is “admin” and password “safety”)
You can change it or create new by DOUBLE CLICKING the create new username in the log in form.
1. The input password is “safetyfirst”
2. Click dropdown arrow at user # choose 1
3. Create new user name and password
4. Admin password is “safetyfirst”
5. Click save and exit.

You can also create multiple username and password by repeating same procedure just change the user
number in the drop down box. When user number that you can see below indicates ACTIVATED that
means the that user number already occupied. Chose other number to avoid deleting the existing
username.
