Pre-book Offer–Tab S7 Wi-Fi Keyboard Redemption offer

1. Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. introduces a pre-book offer (“Pre-book Offer”) on Tab S7
Wi-Fi (“Device”) wherein a customer will be eligible to get up to ₹10000.00 off on Tab S7 Wi-
Fi Keyboard cover. The Pre-book Offer shall be available from August 26, 2020 to September
7, 2020 (“Pre-book Offer Period”).
2. A customer can pre-book the Device Online on Samsung Shop i.e. https://samsung.com/in or
Reliance digital store i.e. www.reliancedigital.in/ (hereinafter referred to as “Online
Outlet/Online portal”). Pre-booking can be done at offline outlets of Reliance as well
(hereinafter referred to as “Offline Outlet”). Customers are advised to check the Pre-book
Offer availability before availing the same/making the purchase.
3. Pre–booking Device on Samsung Shop or Reliance Digital Store:
i. If a customer is pre-booking the Device on Samsung Shop i.e. Samsung e-store or
Reliance Digital store, they will have to make a full payment of the amount as declared
on the respective Outlet during the Pre-book Offer Period.
ii. The price of the Device as listed on the Online Outlets shall be inclusive of all taxes.
iii. While pre-booking customer will have to fill in the required details as mentioned on the
respective portals such as name, mobile number, email id, model number and color of
the Device, without which the booking will be incomplete.
iv. While pre-booking the Device via Samsung Shop, customer(s) primary shipping mobile
number should be the same as their pre-book number.
v. If customer pre-books the Device from Online outlet/Portal as mentioned above, they
will have to follow the redemption process for S7 Keyboard Cover as mentioned in
Clause 5 below.
vi. Once the customer pre-books the Device they will receive notifications vide SMS/email
from the portal.
vii. Device will be dispatched by the respective Online Outlet/Portal and customer(s) will be
notified for the same via SMS or email.
viii. Deliveries would start from 7th September, 2020 onwards and can take three to five (03-
05) business days, depending upon the geographical location and the lockdown
conditions if any, imposed by the respective State Government(s) in customer(s)
delivery region, where the Device has to be delivered.
ix. Customer(s) who pre-book the Device from Online Outlets/Portals as mentioned above
may be eligible to avail up to ₹10000.00 off on the Tab S7 Keyboard Cover. Customer(s)
will be required to activate the Device between September 7, 2020 to October 31, 2020
and register on the Samsung Shop App (to be downloaded from the Google Play Store)
on or before November 15, 2020.
x. Redemption of the S7 Wi-Fi Keyboard Cover can be done at Samsung Shop from
September 07, 2020 to November 15, 2020.
 xi. In case a customer does not comply with the above mentioned timelines they will not be
eligible for the Pre-book Offer and no claims shall be entertained either against
Samsung or its authorized partners.
xii. The shipping of the Device & S7 Keyboard Cover will be subject to availability of stocks
in the specified color.
4. In case of pre-booking through Online Outlets, Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Limited will
not be responsible or liable for supply of the Device as the same is being sold by Savex
Computers Limited (“Savex”) or Reliance:
i. Any wrong submission of required details including but not limited to shipping details;
ii. Any failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures and other conditions
beyond its reasonable control;
iii. Any late transmissions or entries;
iv. Any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures;
v. Any delay, damage, non-receipt, lost, misrouted delivery of Device.
vi. Any delay due to non-availability of stocks or for any other reason beyond its control.
vii. Any delay or loss or damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, and any other
force majeure circumstances.
5. Redemption process for Tab S7 Wi-Fi Keyboard Cover-
Once the customer purchases/receives and activates the Device you will have to follow the
process for redeeming benefits up to Tab S7 Wi-Fi Keyboard Cover:
i. Redemption of the Tab S7/S7+ Keyboard Cover will start from September 7th, 2020 on
Samsung Shop.
ii. Device to be turned on and connected to Wi-Fi. Fresh enrolment/sign in to the Samsung
Shop App (to be downloaded from the Google Playstore) must be completed by
November 15, 2020 failing which customer(s) will not be eligible for the Pre-book Offer.
iii. Open Samsung Shop & Visit “For You” Tab to check eligibility. Click on Tab S7/S7+ Pre
book offer redemption banner.
iv. Enter manually the Serial number of the tablet mentioned in the settings >> about tab
section.
v. Once the serial no. is verified, Samsung Shop App will show list of available Offers.
Please select Tab S7 or Tab S7+ Book Cover and add to cart.
vi. Redemption of Tab S7 Keyboard Cover at customer discretion can be done only once for
every phone number on or before Nov 15, 2020.
vii. The shipping of Tab S7 Keyboard Cover will happen within 30 (thirty) days from the day
of placing order for the same at Samsung Shop (i.e. Samsung e-store). Delivery will
happen depending upon customer(s) geographical location and the lockdown conditions
if any, imposed by the respective State Government(s) in customer(s) delivery region,
where the Device has to be delivered.
6. The Tab S7 Keyboard Cover shall be on As Is basis and will be delivered subject to the stock
availability.
7. By doing the pre booking and availing the Pre-book Offer, it would be deemed that the
customers have given their consent to contact them through call, SMS or email on the
 details provided by them for the purpose of this Pre-book Offer or for any future
communications from Samsung or its authorized partners.
8. Product images, features, specifications shown here are for representational purposes only,
the actual product may vary. Offer available till stocks lasts.
9. Samsung reserves the right to change, extend, amend and/or withdraw the Pre-book Offer
or change any of these terms & conditions anytime without prior notice.
10. The choice as to the color, make & model of the gift(s) shall be completely at Samsung’s
discretion. No claims shall be entertained in this regard.
11. All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts located at New Delhi.
