1. To minimize interference, kindly mute your microphone during the
presentation, you can always turn it on during our inter-action. In
between set of slides, we will be opening the floor for interactive
discussions.
2. Since we are conducting the training online “Work from Home”
context, possible situations may arise; which could be one of the
following:
a. There will be some background noise that you will be hearing;
b. There could be intermittent connection along the training, we would
advise that you would just stay with us – because in minute or two it
will just normalized;
c. In case, you have a critical technical difficulties just inform us via
“chat messaging” and tell us your situation. Our technical personnel
will assist you via “chat messaging.”
