Temperature-Controlled Warehouse

The expertise of IGLO is to provide end-to-end quality cold chain logistics solutions, particularly for the food and beverage
industries, such as ice cream, fast food, dairy goods, marine products, meat, poultry, vegetables, fruits, soft drinks and
many others. Similar solutions to non-food products that require specialised skills and expertise in storage and handling
services such as tobacco and semiconductor chips can also be offered by IGLO. In addition, IGLO is the first company in
Malaysia to pioneer the unique method of tempering in a temperature-controlled environment for the storage and handling

Because of these we come to a conclusion that Iglo


Temperature-Controlled Warehouse might need an electric
forklift to avoid emissions.

Electric forklifts are easy to run and more environmentally


friendly than internal combustion forklifts, zero tailpipe
emissions that provide a cleaner working atmosphere, less
noise during operation, no outdoor storage of tanks needed14

Conclusion

In temperature-controlled warehouse, climate management is, at its heart, all about


reducing unpredictability. A warehouse is a huge, open space filled with large shelves
and racks continuously moving in and out with people and products.

Naturally, this results in places where there may be temperature variations, such as
cool spots near loading bays or hot spots where air flow can be obstructed by shelves.
In a factory, climate control helps avoid these environmental differences and generate
reliable, regulated controlled conditions throughout all operations

Temperature-controlled warehousing will manage this inventory and save money in


the long run, whether it is for a short-term period of a few hours before delivery or a
few months before the season kicks in
