Good day, I’m Mary Jane T. Insigne, a 5th-year architecture student from Rizal Technological University (RTU). I
am currently conducting my thesis entitled: RE.B.I.R.T.H “Regenerating Accessible Quality Healthcare Service,
A Biomedical Innovative Research and Technology Development Hub” in partial fulfillment of my academic
requirements in Design 9 (Thesis Writing).
Relative to the Study, I would like to ask for your permission to conduct an interview regarding my thesis proposal
at your most convenient time. I want to know more about the following:

1. Amidst today’s circulating pandemic, how do you feel about the current state of Philippines healthcare
system?
2. Is there a need for Biomedical Innovative Research and Technology Development Hub, given the current
state of Philippine Healthcare system and amidst the fight against COVID-19?
3. What are your perspective on the development of Biomedical Innovative Technologies?
4. In your opinion, how would it help contribute to the current healthcare system?
5. Do you believe the proposed project can regenerate accessible and quality healthcare system in the
Philippines?
6. What will be the impacts of the proposed project in the Philippines healthcare system?
7. In your opinion, how would the proposed project contribute and help Filipinos, especially those in the
medical industries, engineering and government?
8. Do you know any place where medical technologies are being developed?
9. What are the components of a Biomedical Innovative Research and Technology Development Hub?
10. Do you know any laboratories inside the Biomedical Innovative Research and Technology Development
Hub?
11. What are the restrictions or problems of such project in the Philippines?
12. In your opinion, is it good to venture in the said project in the Philippines, amidst today circulating
pandemic?
