Status of living : This chart shows that All of the people we

interviewed are Second class people. We can get from this data that we collected

that most people who are more comfortable financially are putting tattoos in their

bodies.

Age of First tattoo: 32 people have gotten their first tattoo at the ages of 16-20, 2

have gotten theirs at the ages of 21-25, 1 has gotten his/her tattoo between the ages

of 26-30, and lastly, 1 has gotten his/her first tattoo between the ages of 31-35. This

data shows that most of the people we have surveyed had gotten their first tattoos at

a youthful age, thus starting the era of their tattoo getting lives.

Influence in tattooing: 22 of the respondents showed that they were influenced by

their friends and 6 of them were influenced by some of their relatives as lastly, 12 of

them chose to put tattoos on themselves without being influenced by anyone.

Half of the respondents have chosen that tattoo is an addiction and the

remaining half of it have chosen that tattoo is an addiction.

art then lastly, 5 of respondents said that they were influenced.

them have 2 tattoos then 1 of them got 53 tattoos, 3 of them got 3 while 4 of the

respondents have 5 tattoos, 1 the respondents had 6 tattoos, 1 of them got 4 and

lastly, 1 of the respondents got 15.

CHAPTER 5

SUMMARY, CONCLUSION, AND RECOMMENDATION

INTRODUCTION

This chapter is represented in four sections. The first section contributes to

an overall summary of the study followed by the summary of findings and their

conclusions. Ensuing to this are the implications of the study and followed by

recommendations for the future researchers.

SUMMARY OF THE STUDY

HOW CAN TATTOOS SERVES AS AN OUTLET IN CONVEYING PEOPLE’S

EMOTION:

Based on the respondents answers, they chose tattoo as a way of conveying

message because it simple shows an art. Through tattooing, they are able to express

their emotions without being open verbally. With that, it’s a two way process that

beholds, they put tattoos to always remember that someone or somethings made

them changed or think indifferent. Aside from having an art, tattoos also symbolizes

their lives.

WHY DO PEOPLE USE TATTOOS AS AN ART OF EXPRESSING

EMOTIONS?

Some of the people who answered why they had chosen to put tattoos on

their bodies was because they have used tattoos as an outlet or an instrument to

show and portray different emotions they aren't able express physically and

verbally. They have a hard time using words so as an alternative, they use tattos as a

way of expressing their emotions and also, themselves.

WHAT ARE SOME REASONS PEOPLE PUT TATTOOS ON THEIR BODIES?

Using the data from our question in the questionnaire that is "Reason for tattoos",

Most people put tattoos on their bodies as an artform or an homage to themselves.

They simply put tattoos on their bodied because they feel it's right. Tattoos can

serve them as maybe like a brush and their body is their canvas, they put tattoos in

their bodies to improve their own understanding of themselves. Others have putted

tattoos on their bodies because of emotional reasons, wether they are going thru

something rough like a breakup or a loved one's passing, or a happy situation and a

tattoo is their commemoration of that happy memory, their goal was to keep that

moment permanent thus, putting a reminder and that reminder just happened to be

tattoing. A little percent got tattoos because of the influence of their friends,

families, etc. They put tattoos on their bodies because other jave encouraged them to

the idea of tattoing. And the last group of respondents got tattoos for various reasons

in which they wish to keep it private.
