The purpose of this meeting is to discuss on the updates of safety and health issues,
documentations, and other related arising issues.

3.0 Opening and welcome

The Secretary welcomed all the Committee Members and called the meeting to
order at approximately 1530 hours.

4.0 Matter arising from the minutes

The previous minutes were discussed and confirmed with no amendments.

5.0 Agenda items

The following agenda items were discussed:

1. Enforcement on wearing safety shoe to all HSE & HR Immediate
workers in production area including all
contractor and supplier.
2. To provide welders with leather apron & arm HSE Immediate
protector.

3. CHRA to be conducted as the 5-year limit is HSE In-progress

scheduled to end in August 2018. CHRA need
to be conducted every 5 year as per OSHA Scheduled to be

4. “U SEE U ACT” campaign to be started as ALL In-progress

part of S&H awareness programme. The aim
