By signing this Service Agreement ("Agreement"), the account holder agrees to be bound and comply to the terms and conditions of Clodeo (as attached in Clodeo's website) and any other transaction document that are signed by account holder and
Clodeo. The account holder must be aware and responsible for the usage of the designated account number. The account holder agrees to pay all charges including any applicable duties and taxes. Clodeo reserves the right to decline any applications
without assigning any reasons. This Agreement is valid for one year from the date of approval, unless otherwise noted. Any changes of this Agreement shall be made in writing and will be inseparable part of this Agreement.This Agreement shall be
construed as a guarantee letter that granted performance obligations by the account holder and be fulfilled in a prompt manner. If any of payment default occurred, the account holder shall be solely liable to complete the payment although the written
instruction in transaction document stated otherwise.The Account holder acknowledges the legal consequences in case of having outstanding payment as the result of breaching the commitment as stated in this Agreement. Clodeo has the right to stop
the services to the account holder if the account holder does not perform the payment of the invoice in accordance with this Agreement. Before using Clodeo, account holder / user are agree and willing to take part in Clodeo Pre Training.

Dengan menandatangani Kesepakatan Layanan ini ("Kesepakatan"), pemilik akun ini menyetujui untuk terikat dan mematuhi syarat dan ketentuan dari Clodeo (sebagaimana tercantum dalam website Clodeo) dan dokumen transaksi lainnya yang
ditandatangani oleh pemilik akun dan Clodeo. Pemilik akun harus sadar dan bertanggung jawab atas penggunaan akun yang telah diberikan. Bagaimanapun juga pemilik akun setuju untuk membayar segala biaya termasuk pembayaran atas bea dan
pajak terkait. Clodeo berhak menolak segala bentuk permohonan tanpa harus memberikan alasan. Kesepakatan ini berlaku untuk satu tahun sejak tanggal persetujuan, kecuali dinyatakan lain. Setiap perubahan atas Kesepakatan ini harus dibuat dalam
bentuk tertulis dan merupakan bagian tidak terpisahkan dari Kesepakatan ini. Kesepakatan ini ditafsirkan sebagai surat jaminan yang memberikan kewajiban kinerja oleh pemilik akun dan untuk dipenuhi dengan segera. Jika terjadi kelalaian pembayaran,
pemilik akun wajib menyelesaikan pembayaran meskipun dalam transaksi dokumen dinyatakan lain. Pemilik akun mengakui konsekuensi hukum jika terdapat pembayaran yang terhutang akibat pelanggaran komitmen sebagaimana tercantum dalam
Kesepakatan ini. Clodeo berhak untuk menghentikan jasa yang diberikan kepada pemilik akun apabila pemilik akun belum melakukan pembayaran tagihan berdasarkan ketentuan Kesepakatan ini. sebelum menggunakan Clodeo, pemilik akun / pengguna
menyetujui dan bersedia untuk mengikuti Clodeo Pre Training.
