 AIR COMPRESSOR UNIT:

o Every equipment will be supplied 100% fabricated, tested and painted.

o The equipment that will be part of this unit are: Air Compressor (2 No.); Air Cooler (2
No.); Receiver (2 No.); Dryers (2 No.) this last one will be supplied in a common
skid.

o It is not considered piping interconnection between the equipment supplied by the

vendor. The piping it is already included in the MTO of process piping.

 OILY WATER TREATMENT UNIT:

o Every equipment will be supplied 100% fabricated, tested and painted. For the
Separator will be supplied with the heater already installed.

o It shall be considered piping interconnection between the equipment supplied by the

vendor. The piping will be supplied 100% fabricated, tested, painted, and flanged to
be bolted at site according with the general arrangement OMJ-DWG-SRT-ME-0782
and OMJ-DWG-SRT-ME-0795.

o It shall be considered that the the steel structure platforms, ladders and handrails
will be 100% fabricated and painted to be bolted at site.

 SEWAGE TREATMENT UNIT:

o The equipment that will be part of this unit are: AERATION TANK, NITRIFICATION
TANK & SETTLING TANK (2 No.); CHEMICAL DOSING SYSTEM (1 No.);
TERTIARY TREATMENT SYSTEM (1 No.) including 1 pump; SLUDGE HANDLING
SYSTEM (1 No.)

o It shall be considered piping interconnection between the equipment supplied by the

vendor. The piping will be supplied 100% fabricated, tested, painted, and flanged to
be bolted at site

o It shall be considered that the steel structure platforms, ladders and handrails will be
100% fabricated and painted to be bolted at site.

 LOADING / UNLOADIN ARMS AND BAYS:

o It will be supplied 100% fabricated, painted, tested, in skid and the equipment that
will be part of this unit are such a: UNLOADING PUMP FOR JET FUEL, FLAME
ARRESTERS, AIR ELIMINATOR FOR TRUCK LOADING, AIR ELIMINATOR FOR
TRUCK UNLOADING, FILTER WATER SEPARATORS FOR JET FUEL, TRUCK
UNLOADING HOSES, piping, instrumentation, etc.

 TRUCK TOP LOADING ARM / TRUCK BOTTOM LOADING ARM:

o It will be supplied 100% fabricated, painted, tested, in several parts to be bolted at

site.
