Ethical Issues
Ethical issues in business encompass a wide array of areas within an organization’s ethical
standards. Ethical issues are an essential part of a workplace. Our incorporation also has some
ethical issues which we would like to present in front of you as follows:
1. Sometimes the client may insist to get a particular print which may be copyright of
another organization. In such case, we make certain changes to the original design which
may bypass the act of copyright.
2. Since we are working for the client, we may be subjected to certain sensitive information
related to client such as total budget of the client’s organization, certain copyrights and
pivotal information regarding the employees of the organization.
3. There comes a time when the client request for a particular design or product need to be
overcome by a certain product of our choice because at that moment it might be easy and
economically better to implement our own choice.

Financial Resources
Since our client is having enough money for the new business so we need not to be worry about
any financial help. In order to buy equipment of printing such as offsets presses, flexo presses
and UV dryers we will consider the top two third party printing industries Pollard Banknote and
Quebecor so that our company will have the world’s best printing equipment. Also, if our
company face any type of financial crises in the coming future we can approach NOHFC a
program run by Canadian government to help the new startup in the northern Ontario. It will also
assist us how to hire general labor that will help us in the smooth working of our business.
Lastly, for transportation of our printed products we will buy some trucks and vans by the help of
some banking institution that will finance our vehicles at low rate of interest. In this way we can
earn as well as can pay back to the banks our financial debt.

implies that you are driving more productivity by decreasing turnaround time.

Business Success Factors

1. Digitization: It is currently mandatory for printing industries to associate with their
clients in an important manner by making administrations and items that influence their
legacy in print but also with the advanced technology such as by mails, through social
media and so on. Thus increases labor cost as skilled labor is required to operate these
social medias platform.

2. Economy: The strength of the currency in every nation has considerably affected the
interest for printing all around the world. So income of our industry will be affected
according to the economy of a country.

3. Environment: Printing industry is all based on paper. And paper creation likewise
includes a lot of contamination to our climate and to our water supplies. Paper processes
much of the time discharge hurtful gases, for example, CO2 and Nitrogen Dioxide into
the air while water has a major impact in the pulping procedure. So we will face many
new laws and acts to save paper in coming future that is going to be introduced by the
government of Canada as paper is made with the help of trees.

Ownership
Our business will probably need to do a cooperative ownership. We will go with this model
because it involves the cooperation of all business partner. As the rules and regulation of
production is chosen collectively by the all team members so there is less chance of conflicts in
between the partners. Moreover, decision making process will be more quick because more
number of people is involved.
Advantages
1.Tax advantage: In contrast to other three types of business ownership, a cooperative
partnership is free from income tax and overcharge on its profit up to a specific breaking point.
2. Open Membership: The enrollment of cooperative ownership is available to all regardless of
rank, caste, and financial status. There is no restriction on greatest individuals.
Disadvantages:
1. Absence of Secrecy-The issues of a co-usable society are transparent to all group
members participating in the meeting. Each individual is allowed to examine the books
and records of the general public. Accordingly, it gets hard to maintain the privacy of
business.
2. Corruption: It is one of the biggest bad mark from which cooperative ownership can
undergo. It is the greatest block in the advancement of new events and development of
the existing business.
