Abstract
The global education landscape has changed dramatically in the last few months due to the
spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). This research paper will explore the management of
educational institutions, education system, role of teachers, the management of online learning/
e-learning in the interest of students and the results of the study and demonstrate how these
responses have shifted over time as the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues. We will explore
these searches, including the impact of student admission, education system, online learning
offers, institutions management and many other areas.

Introduction
It turns out that nowadays, we are entering a new phase of evolution in education that is
going to create a fourth-generation institution that can be called an online and digital
institution. Much of this is due to the COVID-19 epidemic that started the digital revolution
in education. We found that the responses from education providers were completely
different from online responses to on-campus social isolation strategies and rapid response
to curriculum renewals. We provide a typology of the responses currently adopted in our
discussions and evaluate the urgency of education in preparing for the epidemic. We believe
that there are significant opportunities to learn from the educational developments of other
educational institutions to strengthen our collective response to COVID-19 now and in the
future.
Changes in the Education System
The announcement of the suspension of classes due to the coronavirus epidemic (COVID-19)
has made the whole society worried about the future of the students and of course the inability to
learn. As fast as we thought, community managers, civil society organizations, and community
of education professionals reacted first to the closure of schools: distance education with the use
of digital technology. The pace of technology proposals helps us in the scene of school closures
with the experience of other countries like China, Italy and South Korea where the epidemic first
came. Undoubtedly education is one of the social human experiences. Closing schools and
designing an activity plan at a distance for children and teachers, therefore, is something
completely different from face-to-face school activity planning. Distance learning can be used in
elementary or high school, vocational, youth and adult, and in complementary or emergency
learning of special education and higher education. These non-classroom activities may be valid
as formally organized and applied academic content. In order to adopt this approach in order,
educational networks need to adapt the teaching method to the required technical institutes.
Students must receive adequate and accurate education. Schools must ensure that students are
being monitored, evaluated and participating properly. Many schools will be much more able to
support the digital experience than others. Technology does not work the same for all ages.
Digital technology should be used according to each category to strengthen the educational work
according to the development needs of each age. Presumably, the corona virus crisis will expand
distance learning as an alternative to traditional face-to-face learning. Schools in Delhi were
closed from the 13 March (Press Trust of India, 2020). Pondicherry University (TNN, 2020)
announced on 17 March, it would suspend all academic activities, followed by the University
Grants Commission advising all universities on 19 March to postpone examinations until the end
of March (The Economic Times, 2020). University Grants Commission advising all universities
on 19 March to postpone examinations until the end of March (The Economic Times, 2020).
Digital Revolution
The 2020 corona-virus epidemic has become a push factor that could help everyone better
understand that all the features like online study, online tutoring, online entrance and final exams
as well as online academic jobs are managed in real life. Digitization in education allows online
streaming lectures or enables teachers and students to interact in a virtual environment but not
everyone is ready for it. Even young people who don’t spend much time in real life and prefer to
have conversations with others on social networking platforms admit that they would have
preferred to give lectures in real classrooms and in real educational institutions. Sometimes this
is a feature of the habit but often it can be responsible for the inconvenience with managing
personal time and delays when students leave online studies from the comfort of their home.
i) Analyzing Content
Analysis is the foundation on which difficult online learning elements and e-learning modules
rest. You should set up by analyzing the profile of your target audience and the ultimate goal of
the training / tutoring program as well as the content available. The key is to see what you and
your students want to accomplish through the online learning module. As a result, the course
helps to create a well-rounded instructional strategy supported by an interesting presentation of
the elements.
Administrative Concerns
The biggest loss of the current epidemic is the students in the last year of their studies. By
December 2019, most had received the appropriate internship / job offer. Unfortunately,
this epidemic has cast a shadow over their post-study situation. Some of them have frozen
the recruitment process. Although governments have intervened to extend their visas
because of the lock-down, they are looking at an uncertain start to their careers. At such
times the real test of character is transferred. Industries must consider all options to
accommodate new employers, if not full-time employees, either as interns or on a project
basis. In this case, a combined strategy will go a long way in calming the nerves of our
students. Plus, because they have to pay off student loans! Keeping students motivated and
providing options must be the main focus of the industry-academy meeting. In the case of
incoming student batches, the government may decide to make delayed offers for study.
This will ensure that there is no loss of the year and provide the possibility to cover the lost
time through e-learning or by increasing the learning time.
Conclusion
Opportunity to learn online is now a unique opportunity to drive profoundly effective changes in
the coronavirus. Educational institutions that still resist this change are less likely to develop.
Fundamental changes are needed in mentality, principles and beliefs. We have welcomed
technology in every area of our lives and it has had a tremendous positive impact. Our digital
natives are also ready to dive into this battle to learn online. It’s about changing perceptions and
myths about online learning. The government should take note of this and invest in creating an
online education policy that gives access, focuses on quality and enables the country to reach the
enrollment ration of the seventies, which will transform the country forever. Corona can be a
catalyst but openness in learning and learning online should not end with Corona. To make a
difference it is necessary to continue with steady steps on the ground of the conversation. Wings
of change through technology.
