Abstract
The global education landscape has changed dramatically in the last few months due to the
spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). This research paper will explore the management of
educational institutions, education system, role of teachers, the management of online learning/
e-learning in the interest of students and the results of the study and demonstrate how these
responses have shifted over time as the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues. We will explore
these searches, including the impact of student admission, education system, online learning
offers, institutions management and many other areas.
Keywords: Corona-virus, Coronavirus, COVID-19, Education, Management, Educational,
Institutions, Online Learning etc.

Introduction
It turns out that nowadays, we are entering a new phase of evolution in education that is
going to create a fourth-generation institution that can be called an online and digital
institution. Much of this is due to the COVID-19 epidemic that started the digital revolution
in education. We found that the responses from education providers were completely
different from online responses to on-campus social isolation strategies and rapid response
to curriculum renewals. We provide a typology of the responses currently adopted in our
discussions and evaluate the urgency of education in preparing for the epidemic. We believe
that there are significant opportunities to learn from the educational developments of other
educational institutions to strengthen our collective response to COVID-19 now and in the
future.
Changes in the Education System
The announcement of the suspension of classes due to the coronavirus epidemic (COVID-19)
has made the whole society worried about the future of the students and of course the inability to
learn. As fast as we thought, community managers, civil society organizations, and community
of education professionals reacted first to the closure of schools: distance education with the use
of digital technology. The pace of technology proposals helps us in the scene of school closures
with the experience of other countries like China, Italy and South Korea where the epidemic first
came. Undoubtedly education is one of the social human experiences. Closing schools and
designing an activity plan at a distance for children and teachers, therefore, is something
completely different from face-to-face school activity planning. Distance learning can be used in
elementary or high school, vocational, youth and adult, and in complementary or emergency
learning of special education and higher education. These non-classroom activities may be valid
as formally organized and applied academic content. In order to adopt this approach in order,
educational networks need to adapt the teaching method to the required technical institutes.
Students must receive adequate and accurate education. Schools must ensure that students are
being monitored, evaluated and participating properly. Many schools will be much more able to
support the digital experience than others. Technology does not work the same for all ages.
Digital technology should be used according to each category to strengthen the educational work
according to the development needs of each age. Presumably, the corona virus crisis will expand
distance learning as an alternative to traditional face-to-face learning. Schools in Delhi were
closed from the 13 March (Press Trust of India, 2020). Pondicherry University (TNN, 2020)
announced on 17 March, it would suspend all academic activities, followed by the University
Grants Commission advising all universities on 19 March to postpone examinations until the end
of March (The Economic Times, 2020). University Grants Commission advising all universities
on 19 March to postpone examinations until the end of March (The Economic Times, 2020).

Changing Visions and Narratives

When people are in the throes of lock-down and stress in times of crisis, we should focus on
teaching them what to teach or how to share, collaborate and support. We need to remember that
when things get back to normal, people don't remember the educational content they deliver, but
they do remember how they felt, how we cared for them, and how we supported them. We must
also remember that care is a fundamental feature of human life, and that all people should be
cared for. What is happening is a great online learning test and an opportunity to test an online
learning-centric approach, keeping in mind that we should try to increase our sensitive presence
to create an environment of empathy and care, and we should follow that with education,
cognitive presence and social presence. Concentrate on a variety of appearances like. As we rush
to implement emergency distance learning, what are we focusing enough on learning and
learning? The students are just bombarded with speeches like locust waves to sit in front of the
webcam. It seems that so far, the focus on student engagement is but a thought. Based on the
above arguments, it is more important to build support communities and share the knowledge
and experience that we need to provide efficient and meaningful learning processes. These
learning processes are certainly not the goal of perfect learning, but should be directed towards
therapy, empathy and care. We must demonstrate our commitment to supporting our students,
and establish teaching and learning on the basis of caring education, not on a perfectly rational
and sensitive basis.

Online Learning and Teaching Management

There are two types of online teaching and learning that educational institutions need to balance
based on their situation: contemporary (simultaneous online learning and usually occurring with
a group of teachers) and asynchronous (not happening at any time) necessarily in a group, but
teacher feedback Including). Educational institutions cannot assume that synchronous learning is
needed or even desired to support effective learning. Online and mixed learning allows learners
to work more individually, expand their organization, and use tools and techniques that they
might not otherwise have. Testing is not recommended in emergencies, things require
innovation, creativity and flexibility for work. Most educational institutions will discover that
they need to be adaptive and quick-thinking to ensure that they continue in a healthy way.

Digital Revolution
The 2020 corona-virus epidemic has become a push factor that could help everyone better
understand that all the features like online study, online tutoring, online entrance and final exams
as well as online academic jobs are managed in real life. Digitization in education allows online
streaming lectures or enables teachers and students to interact in a virtual environment but not
everyone is ready for it. Even young people who don’t spend much time in real life and prefer to
have conversations with others on social networking platforms admit that they would have
preferred to give lectures in real classrooms and in real educational institutions. Sometimes this
is a feature of the habit but often it can be responsible for the inconvenience with managing
personal time and delays when students leave online studies from the comfort of their home.

Suddenly Waking Up to Go Online Education

We have now seen that the education system in general is unprepared and at risk for external
threats. In response to the global education crisis, online emergency education has been
implemented. However, we stumble to define what we are desperately trying to achieve. Online
learning involves more than just uploading educational content, but it is also a learning process
that provides beginners with agency, responsibility, flexibility and choice. It is a complex
process that requires careful planning, design and goal setting to create an effective learning
ecology. At present, what we currently think of as online distance learning for free, is rather a
temporary solution, which would be called Emergency Distance Learning properly in other
words, online distance learning is one thing and emergency distance learning is another thing.
This kind of distinction is important, because the degree to which education these days believes
in distance learning will play an important role in the enrichment of online distance learning in a
post COVID-19 world. In this case, when we consider online learning, we should focus on
changing student needs, learning contexts, and the availability and accessibility of tools, rather
than sharing simple tools, tips, and strategies. One more significant difference we need to
highlight is how students are involved in the process. Obviously, though, online learning has not
always been a viable option for students. Emergency online distance learning is an obligation,
which means we have to use different strategies and approach the case with different priorities.

Corona Outbreak: Institutions to Continue Via Online Learning

The world stood in a thunderstorm when news of the corona virus epidemic spread and 2020
never began. The whole nation became an emergency ward, people filled with panicked people
and patients were diagnosed, segregated, hoarded for treatment, not only in India, but globally
stagnant. All activities involving a large gathering or interaction of a large number of people had
to be stopped overnight. Schools, colleges, and workplaces had to be temporarily closed to
prevent further public outcry. The epidemic has hit many industries and brought down the entire
tempo of the world economy. While other industries were preparing for the crisis, the education
sector had already effectively developed a plan as the Corona situation has intensified around the
world, schools and colleges are trying to prevent academic harm to students by conducting
online classes or partnering with the EDtech industry to further improve the situation. With the
rapid advancement of technology, online learning has become a common method of promoting
and promoting education where it is difficult to provide appropriate facilities. Organizations have
started conducting and sharing online lectures through video conferencing through various online
platforms. Providing students with accessibility and skills through online platforms is now a
necessity, so investing in technology is essential to sustain the academic growth of students in
educational institutions. Attempts should be made to inculcate in the student’s curiosity and
interest in learning from the teachers and institutions at this time so that they can be encouraged
to succeed even in the most difficult of times.

Online Learning/ eLearning Platforms

Organizations need to quickly create a short list of their learning platforms that meet their
needs. Thankfully, EDtech space has witnessed tremendous personalization and growth in
recent years. Internationally, learning management systems have been a part of the student
learning process since the early 2000s.

Learning in the Times of COVID-19 – Develop of Online Learning Material

Most educational institutions are closed, whether in the USA, China, Italy, India and Spain, as
well as in countries involved in secondary transmission. The situation means that the need to
diversify the medium of learning is now more pressing than ever. Online learning elements need
to be focused, crisp and interactive, to provide students with an engaging learning experience.
How can companies shift to online teaching with the right content approach?

Stages of Online Course Development

Although e-learning modules may vary greatly in terms of their content, form, model and
approach, and the audience they are employing, the initial process of developing an online course
remains the same. The following steps need to be followed to ensure that online learning
materials deliver the desired results:

i) Analyzing Content
Analysis is the foundation on which difficult online learning elements and e-learning modules
rest. You should set up by analyzing the profile of your target audience and the ultimate goal of
the training / tutoring program as well as the content available. The key is to see what you and
your students want to accomplish through the online learning module. As a result, the course
helps to create a well-rounded instructional strategy supported by an interesting presentation of
the elements.

ii) Generating Online Course Material

At this stage, the content to be included in the various e-learning courses will be broken down
into smaller bits, finalized according to your preferred model for better understanding and
retention. For example, if you use modules for your online course content, the content will be
broken accordingly. Alternatively, if you use a screen, the content space for each screen will be
determined.

iii) Developing Prototypes

Once an initial structure of the online course material has been finalized, work on creating the
prototype begins. At this stage, the whole course material is pasted into a few slides and the
written, visual and audio format elements are finalized. From fonts to colors, images, videos,
animations and functions - every detail related to the presentation of the content is locked and
sealed here. This process of course development can often be extended, as apprentices and
content developers tend to write, revise, and rewrite different elements until they have achieved a
perfectly harmonious mix. Your selected content management system is tested to determine the
e-learning effectiveness of the prototype.

iv) Creating Course Material Sans Audio

All components of the course material except the audio script are assembled at this stage. Visual
as well as interactive elements like images and videos are sorted together from the text. The
content of your online course is now beginning to take shape. This version has been submitted to
all stakeholders for review.

v) Adding in the Audio

As stakeholders proceed to the online course material, the process of adding audio to it begins.
This process stops properly until the end because creating audio files can be extremely
expensive.
Thus, recording of audio voice begins after the script is finalized. The audio is then combined
with the text and visual elements of the curriculum. There has to be perfect harmony between the
two and perfect pronunciation, diction and voice correction.

Launching the Learning Management System Version

All of the above levels of online course material development are creative in nature. However, in
the final stages of the process, things make a student more technical. The course must invest in
material review and double-checking compliance to ensure that the chosen learning management
system runs smoothly.

The Role of Educators

While in the classroom a lecturer can judge the student’s involvement through their
behavior and adjust the delivery of the lecture accordingly. Such benefits do not exist on
virtual platforms though. Educators have to adapt to such imperfections that have
developed as their Achilles heel. The role of educators as effective knowledge
dissemination is under much more scrutiny today than ever before. Instructors must take
regular training to ensure adequate optimization of their efforts for the convenience of
students. Gaining regular insight into their lecture delivery, students learning effectiveness
and ability to interact with students through technology-based media is a frequent
assessment that every educator must focus on. Thanks to key virtual platforms, todays
educators can be accessible worldwide.

Administrative Concerns
The biggest loss of the current epidemic is the students in the last year of their studies. By
December 2019, most had received the appropriate internship / job offer. Unfortunately,
this epidemic has cast a shadow over their post-study situation. Some of them have frozen
the recruitment process. Although governments have intervened to extend their visas
because of the lock-down, they are looking at an uncertain start to their careers. At such
times the real test of character is transferred. Industries must consider all options to
accommodate new employers, if not full-time employees, either as interns or on a project
basis. In this case, a combined strategy will go a long way in calming the nerves of our
students. Plus, because they have to pay off student loans! Keeping students motivated and
providing options must be the main focus of the industry-academy meeting. In the case of
incoming student batches, the government may decide to make delayed offers for study.
This will ensure that there is no loss of the year and provide the possibility to cover the lost
time through e-learning or by increasing the learning time.

The Role of Virtual Classrooms During The COVID-19 Pandemic

Virtual classrooms and distance learning are growing at a reasonable pace as alternative
technology-driven learning method. Virtual classrooms have been used exclusively by all
sectors, including primary and higher education as well as corporate studies. The growing
popularity of social and microlearning strategies, encouraged by common social media platforms
such as YouTube and Twitter and by major technological disruptions like edX, has added to the
growing acceptance of virtual methods of learning. It is expected that by 2023, the main use of
virtual classrooms will grow at a larger compound annual growth rate of 16.2%. yet, virtual
classrooms have not yet been considered a serious alternative to contemporary face-to-face
learning. Things are starting to look different, though at present, in terms of the novel
coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic, the whole world is under siege. This is the time of year when
academic and teaching activities are in full swing in most parts of the world. The current
epidemic situation has paved the way for ground tests as a prominent tool in virtual classroom
education at the present time. Schools, colleges, universities, corporations, even world
organizations and multilateral organizations such as the UNO, WHO, and G20 had to go through
a less-used virtual system to learn and communicate. In this precarious situation, testing
parameters such as virtual classroom platforms and service providers such as Blackboard,
Desire2Learn, Cisco, Microsoft, etc. stand as test parameters.

Conclusion
Opportunity to learn online is now a unique opportunity to drive profoundly effective changes in
the coronavirus. Educational institutions that still resist this change are less likely to develop.
Fundamental changes are needed in mentality, principles and beliefs. We have welcomed
technology in every area of our lives and it has had a tremendous positive impact. Our digital
natives are also ready to dive into this battle to learn online. It’s about changing perceptions and
myths about online learning. The government should take note of this and invest in creating an
online education policy that gives access, focuses on quality and enables the country to reach the
enrollment ration of the seventies, which will transform the country forever. Corona can be a
catalyst but openness in learning and learning online should not end with Corona. To make a
difference it is necessary to continue with steady steps on the ground of the conversation. Wings
of change through technology.
