Introduction
Learning is an activity carried out by each individual to gain or gain knowledge and knowledge as an
insight into each of these individuals. Learning is also an endeavor carried out with the aim to change the new
behavior so that it becomes even better
whole. Overall here means the whole in the educational environment and environment his daily life
(Mularsih, 2007).

Learning is an activity or process of transferring knowledge carried out by the teacher as information
providers and students as recipients of the information. According to Achjar Chlil he defines it that the
learning process is an interaction between students and educators and also with certain learning resources
(Trinova, 2012).

Learning is very useful and beneficial for every individual because of individual or student learning can get
something that will produce new intellectual abilities, stimulate curiosity or increase curiosity, and motivate to
continue to develop (Trinova, 2012). The ability of students to obtain and absorb learning is different, there are
some students quick to understand, some are moderate and some are slow in understanding the learning.

In the process of learning each student has their own learning style. Learning style is a way for a student in
receiving, processing, remembering and applying information received (Widayanti, 2013). Individual learning
styles are divided into three types of learning styles (M. Marbun, 2018), namely: (1) Visual learning style is a
learning style of someone who easily understands the lesson by using vision tool. (2) Auditorial learning style
is a learning style of someone who is easy to understand lessons using his hearing aid. (3) Kinesthetic learning
style is a learning style who easily understand the lesson through moving, touching and practice. Since the
outbreak of a pandemic in the world caused by the corona virus or covid-19 caused a global health crisis. Not
only that this pandemic has also had an impact on the sector education. Almost all educational institutions in
the world cannot carry out the teaching and learning process properly. As a result of this pandemic the
teaching and learning process was diverted from the original process teaching and learning is done face-to-
face, and is now turned into an online learning system or learning at home. This aims to break the chain of
transmission of the covid-19 virus.

UNESCO provided data that more than 39 countries closed their educational institutions, and that too
including this country of Indonesia. As a result of this policy 421,388,462 students both in schools and colleges
high experience and feel the impact of the policy. At present almost all educational institutions has
implemented online learning as one way to overcome this problem. Online learning policy this applies when
restrictions have been imposed on everyone (Hasanah et al., 2020).

Online learning is a learning concept which teaching and learning activities done remotely or indirectly.
Online learning is done with the support of smartphones, laptops, internet services, and also supporting
applications such as WhatsApp, zoom, and so on. According to Moore, Dickson-Deane and Galyen online
learning is a learning system its implementation uses internet networks with accessibility, connectivity,
flexibility, and capability in terms of bringing about various interactions conducted in learning (Firman &
Rahayu, 2020).

Studying online in this pandemic era has several advantages: it can break the chain the spread of covid-19
virus, then in the learning process students can access learning material in a way broad, can ask questions or
consult with educators anytime, the learning process is more flexible and can be done anywhere and anytime.
While the weakness in online learning is that there are some students who do not have the tools or media to
support online learning, such as internet networks are lacking optimal, and the limited ability of students to
access or participate in learning. According to Gunawan's most felt obstacle in facing and implementing online
learning is the internet package which is sometimes not owned by students, limitations in internet access, and
also not yet accustomed to study online.

Studying online during this pandemic does not only affect high school and college students only. Learning
online also impacts parents and teachers. Impact felt by parents as a result of online learning while this
pandemic is constrained by costs. Additional costs are felt as a result from purchasing increased internet quota
for children. Furthermore, obstacles that parents also feel that is, parents must spend more time assisting
children in online learning. In online learning, parents should be able to divide the time between work with
accompanying his children. Parents inevitably also have to use technology, and are ready teach their children
to use these learning technologies. Not only that, parents too must prepare the tools and facilities to support
online learning that aims to support and improve the quality of children's learning.

The impact felt by teachers as a result of online learning is that not all teachers are proficient at it using
tools or internet technology (social media) as a support and as a means learning. The competence of each
teacher in using the technology and supporting tools will be affect the quality of teaching and learning
programs. The obstacle that is also felt by the teachers is every teachers are not accustomed to implementing
online learning because teachers usually teach their students directly and interact directly. Therefore the result
of this online policy will be teachers need time to adapt to face new changes such as online learning.

With the enactment of online learning this causes students to be more active in the process online learning
and learning can maximize the utilization of technological development maximum access to information
needed, especially learning information. Studying online will improve the ability of students to use existing
technologies as well increase great motivation to learn, so students have great demands in Learning Activities.

Method
The author makes this article using descriptive qualitative methods. The qualitative method is a research
that found a finding that was not obtained by mathematical tools. Qualitative method this is a study that
describes the natural phenomena that occur (Hasanah et al., 2020). This qualitative research aims to obtain
information about factors that influence learning on line. Online learning is meant is learning that uses
accessible learning media using internet services.

Based on previous research to obtain information about influencing factors online learning interviews are
conducted with students who follow and experience online learning. This interview was also conducted with
parents whose children also participated in this online study. Based on previous research also aspects used as
questions in the interview namely (1) online learning facilities or tools that are owned by students. (2) student
opinion regarding effectiveness of online learning. (3) how the application of online learning in suppressing the
spread of this virus the school environment and the university environment. (4) the opinion of parents
regarding enforcement study online. (5) online learning constraints felt by parents. (6) how online learning
facilities are available at home.

From the interviews that have been conducted, there can be some opinions about online learning. those
opinions are the first, that is, some of the speakers agreed in the implementation of learning online because it
was felt very helpful in breaking the chain of distribution of covid-19. Opinions are secondly some of the
speakers argued that they did not agree with the implementation of this learning. Opinions are third, some are
still doubtful in the implementation of online learning, they doubt the effectiveness of online learning.

Results and Discussions

The results obtained from this study are the application of online learning during the covid-19 virus
pandemic this can be done effectively and runs as expected, if the facilities are complete and this online
learning support infrastructure. Supporting facilities and infrastructure such as smartphones, laptops, internet
services, and other supporting applications.

The results of this study support the theory that online learning will succeed if the supporting tools
adequate. Aksebivitas, cocnetivitas, flexibility, and also the expertise of children in using the facilities online
learning supporters are met and can run well, then online learning will be able to carried out smoothly. In
accordance with preexisting research some students feel that learning online.

This is more interesting, because they feel more free in asking and answering questions. There is no again
feeling depressed, and also online learning can be implemented wherever and whenever, so this will make it
easier for students to learn. Not only that online learning is also capable fostering independence in learning for
students.

With online learning about the current co-19 virus pandemic, the number of requests for installing internet
has dramatically increased. In March the demand for internet installation increased 30 to 40 percent compared
to previous months. Not only that the number of users online learning support applications have also increased
dramatically. For example like the zoom application which recorded 257,853 users, in the previous week 19
March 2020 users of this application only 91,030 people. In addition to the zoom application there are more
applications that have increased the number of users, i.e. skype recorded that there were 71,155 users,
hangouts meet increased to 10,454 users (Hidayatullah et al., 2020).

From the results of the discussion of previous studies also stated in a pandemic atmosphere covid-19 virus
at this time like it or not, like it or not every sector, especially the education sector must survive and be able to
adjust to existing conditions. Use of video conferencing applications to support learning online is very helpful
because it can facilitate the interaction of students with their friends, as well as with the teacher. And the
teacher can also control and see how it develops
his student.

Not only has an impact on students, online learning also has an impact on parents and teachers or
educator. Against parents studying online causes increased spending in parents meet the needs of their

children in online learning, and also parents must take the time to guide children in learning. While the impact
felt by the teacher or educator is not all teachers can run and use technology and also teachers are not
accustomed to teaching online like this so teachers need time to adapt to current conditions.

Conclusions
Every individual really needs learning, because learning is an activity carried out each individual to gain
or gain knowledge and knowledge as an insight enhancer each of these individuals. In this pandemic situation
learning cannot be done as usual. By therefore a policy is adopted that the learning process is transferred to
online learning. Learn online is a learning concept in which teaching and learning activities are carried out
from a distance far or indirect.

Online learning is done with the support of smartphones, laptops, internet services, and applications
supporters like WhatsApp, zoom and so on. Learning online has a positive impact learners become more
active in the learning process, and online learning can maximize this maximum utilization of technological
developments in accessing information needed primarily learning information. Studying online will improve
students' ability to use existing technologies and also increase great learning motivation, so that students have
great demands in learning activities.

The results of this study. Factors that influence the application of online learning or home study in the
midst of this co-19 pandemic is the availability of supporting tools for online learning and also dating in
accessing internet services and in running or using these supporting tools. If all supporters of online learning
are met then the online learning process will be carried out with good. And vice versa if all these supporters are
not fulfilled or inadequate, it will causing difficulties in the online learning process.
