Introduction to the selected organization/ industry in five sentences

1. Success and failure of ERP system implementation is influenced by several aspects of both internal and external organizations.
2. Various factors are influencing the success of ERP implementation.
3. Many researchers found critical success factors on ERP implementation, but they were not put in practice.
4. Therefore, in this study examine the KSF and propose a priority of KSFs on ERP implementation life cycle.
5. Both technical and non-technical issues that influence the ERP implementation success.
Recommendations

1. The KSFs constitute an important part of ERP implementation.

2. As have 3 stages of ERP implementation (pre implementation, implementation and post implementation) process that should be clearly
identified of each stages respectively.
3. ERP system success by 5 indicators as system quality, information quality, service quality, tactical impact & strategic impact.
