Monitoring& Evaluation Plan

 After the approval of the PC-I the Engineers of WCLA are responsible for monitoring of the
project during the execution of work as per implementation and Financial Plan.

 The Engineers will be responsible for:

 Design and Design Review

 Environmental Impact Assessment

 Ensure quality of material and Workmanship during the whole execution period

 Full time resident supervision

 Monthly Progress report

 Variations

 Preparation of Revised PC-I (if required)

 After completion of project, WCLA will prepare and submit PC-IV.

 WCLA will assist P&D Department, Government of Punjab for Evaluation of the Project.
