1. Based on my research No man is an island expressed the idea that human beings do badly when
isolated from others and need to be part of a community in order to thrive. This phrase originates from
the understanding of islands being self-sufficient and independent. The metaphor takes the literal
meaning of how an island would never mingle with other parts of land, but humans cannot do that
because an island cannot move by itself and is bound where it is but that is not the same for human
beings.

2. Serving others helps to improve your health and this also give some positive energy for you. This
articles saying that helping others may improve your self and this is good to your health also it say's that
the people, which help, do not suffer depression or decrease of motivation.

Helping others possible to get a lot of friends and this gives positive emotion. People will be grateful to
you for your help and will appreciate your efforts and time you spent. If you help other, you become
happier than you were before and you can be sure, that peoplr will help you too.

3. The others in my life is my Friends, Family and even strangers. Helping our family is normal or natural
for us because it is your family and family always help each other, and when your friends needed for
your help, defenitely they just need someone who can do what they can't do and if you help them it has
a good effect for your relationship between them and he will treat you for that. Helping strangers helps
you to socialize with other people even if you do not know them, you should only know the help you will
do whether it is right or wrong.

4. Yes we should limit our " service for others". Because we may be abused and even if they can do it
they will pass it to you for you to do it. It is not bad to limit your help to others because that is still up to
you whether you will help them or not because what you want to do is what will you do.

5. Rizal do his share of "serving others" by helping Philippines to be free from the spaniards by
exchanging his life for our freedom. Also he study hard to gain knowledge so that he can teach his fellow
filipino who can't afford education. Rizal also wanted to build up of the arts and sciences for filipino
youth to help them use their ability and to help other those who are in need.

6. I can do my share of "serving others" by helping my family to get a better life. I can help them that
way because they don't have to worry anymore and don't have any problems, thinking about the bills
and so that i can see their smile. I can do my sharing of "serving my family" by doing that because if I can
give them a good life they will defenitely have a good health and they will not suffer depression and will
not to be stressed, and it will also give good results for my health.
