Responsibilities:

Responsible for day-to-day accounting duties for the company

1. Update Accounting Record

- Update and arrange all accounting records in system and in filing

- Maintaining proper filing system and to ensure trace ability of documents.

- Efficient in managing and knowing the information relating to company account

- To assist in performing multi-processes relating to Account Payable & Receivable functions;

i.e. invoice sorting, scanning, posting and filing

- Ready to receive ad-hoc instruction to manage and deliver required information and data

- Learning process of closing monthly accounts and preparing monthly financial reports

2. Record Purchase and Payment

- Verify and confirm online payment slip

- Record sales data and verify all details are accurate and complete

- Verify and reconcile payment record and sales

Requirements:
Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in
Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for Managing stock control and inventory checks.

Help manager plan and issue production schedule according to the sales delivery requirements.

Assist to plan and issue indirect material purchase proposal according to sales order

Update the production progress and job order status daily

To coordinate with Production, Logistic and Sales Department for any changes of schedule or slot in

Planning and organising production schedules.

Assessing project and resource requirements.

Liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff.

Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and
regulations.

Work closely with the inventory manager and team to perform analysis of our inventory and ensure we
are utilizing our inventory effectively, purchasing the right equipment, maintaining solid inventory data
and reduce sub-rental expenses

Requirement: -
 Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in
Logistics/Supply Chain/Warehouse Operation or equivalent.

Responsible for day-to-day in design works, eg. catalogue, posters, artwork for social media,
etc.

Assist in design works, eg. catalogue, posters, artwork for social media, etc.

Assist in product shooting and photos editing

Design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual
reports,advertisements, and other communication materials.

Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos,
and websites

Responsible for editing and assembling recorded raw material into a suitable and
finished product.

Sense of priority/urgency in handling various task

Assist in administrative works when required

Requirement: -
 Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in
Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
