1 Introduction
1.1 Scope
and
Purpose
Thank
you
for
using
our
aviation
tracking
system,
the
premier
web-‐based
application
for
tracking
and
managing
air,
sea,
and
ground-‐based
assets.
Our
Software
is
sold
as
Software
as
a
Service.
This
means
that
the
software
is
not
locally
installed,
but
instead
is
accessed
online
through
your
web-‐browser.
This
lets
us
publish
our
most
recent
releases
quickly,
and
for
free
to
our
users.
As
these
upgrades
occur,
you
will
be
notified
in
advance
and
training,
if
required,
will
be
provided.
Some
features
of
the
TrooTrax
platform
are
premium
services,
that
may
require
a
supplemental
charge.
Our
Software
is
built
with
a
hierarchy
that
allows
configuration
at
the
OEM,
Reseller
or
End
User
level.
This
document
has
been
updated
on
July
12,
2016
and
reflects
version
4.7,
using
the
“Flyer
Theme”.
This document is aimed at Administrators and is supplemental to the overall user guides.
The
document
essentially
follows
the
flow
from
left
to
right
on
the
menu
bar,
so
although
all
functionality
is
addressed,
it
does
not
necessarily
follow
the
process
flow
for
a
particular
task.
The
View
tab
is
for
looking
at
your
fleet
within
the
context
of
how
you
have
set
up
your
system.
You
can
see
your
fleet
in
the
map,
do
replays
