Moment, let us get this right. In the USA people vote in the federal election for their candidates
representatives for the Congress and the Senate. States have different systems in place where in
some states the person gaining the majority gets all Electoral College numbers, whereas in other
States it is pro-rata of how many votes you achieved. Then in the following December the
Electoral College decide who shall be the next President. It has happened already 8 times that a
Elector of the Electoral College decided to give the vote to another person then which had
obtained the number. As such, even if a State say had 3 Electoral College votes then it still can
be 2 or less who vote for the person who had gained the votes.
California has about 56 Electoral college votes.
Those who will vote for the President are actually appointed by the State legislature. As such, the
State legislature could simply appoint persons to vote for a candidate who may not have won the
State Electoral College votes.

Let’s look at Pennsylvania where President Trump on Tuesday (Actually Wednesday 2 am) was
leading by about 200,000 votes when the counting was stopped for the night. The next start on
counting suddenly had Biden about 200,000 votes ahead. Allegedly there was a clerigcal error
why Biden suddenly had another 500,000 votes. Now would anyone in an Australian political
election accept that some “clerical error” can drastically change the lead from one to another
without anyone knowing if this is correct?

Then there was that Customs intercepted reportedly millions of ballor papers shipped from
China. They were fake ballot papers. And I have watched videos (hidden cameras) where staff in
the counting area are filling in one after another ballot papers. Then there are boxes of ballot
papers delivered and others are by the US Postal Service backdates.
I also understand from reports that President Donald Trump being a business man realised that
this was to be election fraud, and reportedly he organised that ballot papers were printed with
water marks. Now, if there are , allegedly some 200% of voters wthen those of who were listed
to vote in fact are from the FAKE ballor papers then this will open the way to check how many
of them are. Reportedly, even a woman of 118 years old who died long ago listed now and voted
from her grave.

A social worker who collected the ballot papers of peoiple not having their mental facilities has
now been charged with 134 charges regarding fruadulently using ballots. Other ballots were
intercepted by postal workers and reportedly being sold. Again, I have watched the videos about
it.
One voting machine was discovered to have allocated more than 6,000 votes for President Trump
to Biden. And this company allegedly can use remote control and also via internet to interfere
with the tally. Actually, last year a company was showing how their voting machine was
working, and that it would not make any errors, as was claimed by many. So in the
demonstration a person voted 5 times twice for one hypothetical candidate and 3 times for the
other hypothetical candidate. When they then checked the recording it showed that the
hypothetical candidate who had twice been voted for ended up with 4 and the other not 3 but
only 1. So that demonstration proved the voting machines are not trustworthy.

One person who stood for re-election was advised he had lost by 127 votes to the Democrats.
However, a woman who had, with her 5 others of her family, voted at a particular polling booth
discovered only 2 were awarded. So an investigation was done and it turned out that instead of
the Republican Party candidate having lost by 127 votes he had won by more than 1,200 votes.
Time and time again votes were wrongly counted in favour of Biden! That is too much of a co-
incidence.

I understand that one batch of about 300,000 votes came in and reportedly not a single one of
them were for President Donald Trump. Even in California that is nearly all for the Democrats
Joe Biden could only manage about 70% of the votes, who then accepts that 300,000 votes
somehow a 100% score of ballot papers delivered during the night, after closure of counting ,to
be then added is fair dinkum then fails to understnad what elections are about. For sure if some
small township has a 10 voting for the same candidate that can be reasonable. But to expect an
area of 300,000 people with not a single one voting for President Trump is absurd.
Then you have during counting scruteniers and observers. Well the Governor (Democrat) made
clear that observers were to stand behind glass panels that were covered by paper so they
couldn’t see anything at all. No Australian politicians would accept this to be a proper system.
Observers must be able to see the ballot papers and the marking on them, to ensure the votes are
appropriately counted, and not be kept away so they cannot see them.

In my view this nonsense of Albanese (ALP) and Morrison the Prime Minister is a gross insult to
President Donald Trump. And, if in the end President Donald Trump is relected that they both
have in my view made complete idiots of themselves not to respect the USA electoral system.

* Didn’t you prove in Court that the 2001 Federal election for the House of Represenratives and
the Territories had been invalid?
**#** Indeed I did on 19 July 2006. None of the opponent lawyers even challenged my
evidence. I proved that the writs were issued on 8 October 2001 however the Special Gazette
dated 8 October 2001 actually had not been printed until 9 October and dispatched to some States
on 9 October 2001 and others on 10 October 2001. I obtained this all under FOI Act. As such,
John Howard was actually not re-elected at all, nor others for the House of Representatives.
You cannot have the writs issued a day before the Proclamation is published. That is why I
succeeded in both appeals on 19 July 2006.
What happened was that politicians on 8 October 2001 all went home relying upon the Special
Gazette having been printed and published, obviously none bothered to check to make sure, but
the person in charge of preparing the Special Gazette was not in for the morning of 8 October
2001, and so he then prepared it for the afternoon. But as the proclamation was for 11.59am and
12 noon on 8 October 2001, then clearly it was too late already.

* What could then have been done to address the issue?

**#** The Governor-General could have published a Amendment Proclamation to alter the date
to 9 October 2001 and then have the writs issued that day.

* Wouldn’t that have delayed the election by a week?

**#** Actually the election was (beisdes being invalid) in any case held one week to early. This
I did set out to the Court in every detail also.

It also means that within the provisions of Section 64 of the constitution the persons
commissioned as Minister and actually not elected at all to the House of Representatives were
after 3 months neither any longer a Minister. Meaning that John Howard was neither a Prime
Minister in 2003, when he unconstitutionally authorised the murderous invasion into Iraq, in
violation to the Crimes Act 1914 (Cth) also. In my view they were mass murderers, committing
crimes against humanity, war crimes, TREASON, etc.

* With the Crimes Act 1914 (Cth) it refers to the Governor-General that he can determine if a
person for example should be sentenced to death upon conviction of TREASON.
**#** The States Letters Patent provides for the Governor of a State to provide for a “Pardon”
but the Governor-General cannot do so. This is because federal crimes must be heard and
determined in a State Court exercising federal jurisdiction and not otherwise. As such the
Commonwealth cannot give (delegate) to the Governor-General powers it cannot exercise itself.

* Lately you do not publish as many documents as you used to do, why?
**#** I am working on a case for the High Court of Australia and well I spend at least about 15
hours or more a day on preperations, research, etc. And then my computer crashed, and so I had
to wait until I could purchase another computer, due the restrictions, and now I need to set it all
up. So further delays.

* Have you read the judgment of Palmer v WA yet?

**#** I wrote to Clive Palmer long ago but he couldn’t bother to respond. Well he had a costly
lesson. I didn’t read the judgement as yet, but it will on about.

Well while politicians in Australia may now Meshia let us not ignore how his family were
making ial deals with the CCP. Do you really think that it is normal for the CCP to provide an
alleged $1.5 billion business with 50% donated to Hunter Biden and others?
From the material I considered so far considered I view that Joe Biden is a crook and so to say in
bed with the CCP and so cannot be trusted. Only a fool would trust him, when he himself is
recorded to make clear, as I understand it, using $1 billion of USA taxpayers monies to get a
prosecutor of Ukraine fired, regarding a Barisma investigation with whom his son was involved.
* Do you still expect President Trump to be re-elected?
**#** In pool you got all those numbered coloured balls to put in the pockets, but if you pocket
the black ball then you have lost the game. So, the game is not over untill the last ball stop
rolling. I view that both Morrison and Albanese have insulted the Electoral College as they have
already dictated that Joe Biden is a “president elect” when clearly he is not unless and until if at
all the electoral college confirm this to be so. If they hold the view that Joe Biden is
untrustworthy due to his conduct as Vice President, then they may prefer President Trump to
continue as President regardless if he had sufficient Electoral College votes obtained in the
election or not.
I understand that Kamala Harris already has been talking that she will be issuing Executive
orders, which only a President can do. She also appears to make clear she will be going after the
blacks who voted for President Trump, etc. I also watched a video where she was bragging that
she would pursue violence and riots if President Trump was re-elected. A have seen
documentation that both she and Joe Biden (and other members of the Democrats) having been
funding BLM.
We need to return to the organics and legal principles embed in of our federal constitution!
