The above named petitioner most respectfully begs to submit as follows:

1. The above named petitioner is the wife of accused person.

2. The above named accused had been arrested in connection with Tezpur p.s case
no.494,u/s 376 of IPC on mere suspicion only.
3. The above named accused is an innocent person and in no way connected with the
above mentioned case concern.
4. The above named accused is the permanent resident of above mentioned address and
there is no chance of his absconding if the Honourable court would allow him to go on bail.

It is therefore prayed that your honour would kindly be pleased to

accept this petition and be kind enough to call for case diary and also be kind enough if allow
the accused person to go on bail after taking sufficient bonds from.

3. That earlier to this petition I have not filed any other bail petition before any
superior/Higher court nor the same is being pending/rejected/disposed.
