1. A teacher should possesses basic qualities because in the eyes of the learners, a
teacher is great, everything that they observe and look for a teacher is good. He/she
should possess all the basic qualities in order to say that he is a professional and
prepared to tackle all circumstances that goes through his profession. As a teacher, he
should have a good qualities professionally and personally.
2. A teacher knows that he conveyed his knowledge to the students, once they absorbed
what the teacher is imparting. They learned the skills that the teacher taught and they
learned a good behaviour as they are in school. And after school, they will apply what
they have learned in the outside world.

3. When we say “high quality planning” it is a kind of planning that systematic and
technically planned. It is the task of determining what factors are important to a
project and figuring out how to meet those factors. Such factors often include the
resources that will be used, the steps needed to complete the project and any other
specifications. This means she needs to plan what resources the project will need,
determine the cost of those resources, plan a timeline for completing the project,
outline the steps she and her team will take, and she will need to assign the tasks and
responsibilities to each person.

4. Some training skills of a teacher:

a. Planning and preparation: the skills involved in selecting the educational aims and
learning outcomes intended for a lesson and how best to achieve these.

b. Lesson presentation: the skills involved in successfully engaging pupils in the


leaming experience, particularly in relation to the quality of instruction.

c. Lesson management: die skills involved in managing and organising the learning
activities taking place during the lesson to maintain pupils’ attention. interest and
involvement.

d. Classroom climate: the skills involved in establishing and maintaining positive


attitudes and motivation by pupils towards the lesson.

e. Discipline: the skills involved in maintaining good order and dealing with any
pupil misbehaviour which occurs.

f. Assessing pupils‘ progress: the skills involved in assessing pupils‘ progress,


covering both formative (i.e. intended to aid pupils‘ further development) and
summative (i.e. providing a record of attainment) purposes of assessment.

g. Reflection and evaluation: the skills involved in evaluating one’: own current
teaching practice in order to improve future practice.
5. For me, “using time wisely” means, we should use our time productively. We should
not waste our time with non-sense activity. As a teacher, you should keep your own
time and energy focused on teaching and learning once we are in duty. But once you
are with your family, you have to give your time to them and set aside school works.

Questions 2

1. I can say that I am a supportive teacher because I ensures that the students have self-
confidence, learn by themselves and develop a positive academic self – concept.
Being a caring and supportive teacher means holding students accountable while
providing the support they need to succeed.

2. Teachers’ level of expectancy means an expectations and influence on students’


academic success in positive ways gives positive results for self-actualization. A
teacher needs to manage his/her expectations, both to realize self-actualization, and to
educate the students better An effective teacher should always have higher
expectations for his/her students, and reveal these expectations orally and physically.

3. There are many different ways to monitor a childs development,such as formal testing
which record a child’s academic attainment / intelectual development. But also
formative methods such as different child observational methods – target child, tick
box checklists, time sampling methods. All would be used in different settings and for
different purposes by different people.

4. Giving feedback to the students is important because it can directly affect the
performance of the student. Through feedbacks, the students can identify his strength
and weaknesses. In this way he can improve from his weaknesses and enhance more
his strength.

5. Students of friendly teachers are inclined to scientific subjects and more creative
because they perceived their study in positive aspect because of the influence of the
teacher. They inclined more on a level up subjects and challenge themselves more to
become creative and systematic in all the activities they do.

6. Self - control in teaching and learning is very important on the part of a teacher
because we encountered different attitudes. We should extend our patience in
teaching and control our temper especially we are teaching on primary education. We
should not carried by our temper so that we cannot abuse the children and give the
quality of education they needed.

Questions 3

1. School is an institution which is based on simplification if the curriculum of the


school is precise and simple or attainable. The school shows transparency if all the
programs and expenses of the school is open to all the stakeholders. Balanced school
means giving equal opportunities to all the teachers and learners.

2. Teachers must possess knowledge and skills to enhance improvement in teaching


because he cannot teach if he don’t have the knowledge and skills and he must
enhance it holistically so that he will not be behind and cope up with the challenges in
educational system

3. Having comprehensive knowledge on the subject – matter is essential in education so


that he can teach the learners well. If he is knowledgeable on the subject matter he can
ready for any questions put by the students. A teacher cannot succeed if he cannot
convey his knowledge to his students no matter how competent he is in the subject
matter. Therefore, the teacher needs to have teaching skill. Teachers have shown that
a sufficient teacher in terms of personality affects his students in a positive way and
an insufficient teacher in terms of personality alienates his students from school or
even from learning itself.

4. Like scientists, teachers experiment with new techniques or strategies to see how they
work. To be an effective teacher you must carve out your own teaching philosophy
and discover your own unique talents and learn how to use them in the learning
environment like an artist.
