Breach: Non-compliances towards DM Codes of Construction for Safety/Dubai Airport Minimum Standards Risk Rating: High Corrective/Preventive Action: Instructed the site manager and safety officer to provide the following corrective action/preventive measures in place. + Allthe electrical cables either hanged above average height of the employee or protected to avoid damage while shifting of materials. Before implementing colour code the equipment need to check physically and then put the color code. 2. _ | Scaffolding safet During the inspection it was noticed that mobile scaffolding used without the followin ‘The scaffolding was not inspected on regular basis as per standards. ‘* The platform not fully boarded for safe work execution * Toe board was not provided to avoid fall of materials. All the scaffolding should be inspected by competent scaffold Inspector on weekly basis or if there is any major change. The working platform should be fully boarded to have enough space for employees while boarded on the scaffold Toe board (minimum 150 mm) need to provide all around the working platform to avoid chances of ‘material falling over the passerby besides the scaffoldings. Time Scale to put corrective action/preventive measure: 3 days. 3 Unwanted materials: During the site inspection it was noticed that materials were not disposed of from the site on regular basis creating insufficient space for access/egress in case of any emergency Breach: Non-compliances towards DM Codes of Construction for Safety/ Dubai Airport Minimum Standards Risk Rating: High Corrective/Preventive Action: Instructed to the site Manager and safety officer to ensure regular disposal of the construction materials from the site so that enough space avallable for access and egress in case of any emergency.
