BACKGROUND INFORMATION
• Blue Bay Designs is a jewellery company owned by Peter Adams .Blue Bay
Designs has a jewellery store located in one of the major Cape Town malls .Peter
Adams aims to reach larger audience ,he therefore launched a website with an
online shopping section.
• Peter Adams has been social media platforms like Facebook ,Twitter and
Instagram for customer awareness and promotions of his designs.
,blue bay designs is seeking to develop corrective actions and
strategies where the expectation of customers are not being met
• As a result Mr Peter Adam appointed Clearview Research to conduct research
on existing customers for every three months in 3 separate surveys , to enable
to Blue Bay Designs to get feedback from its customers.
METHODOLOGY APPLIED
• Clear view Used questionnaires with structured questions .
• The questions were given to a random sample of 100 customers who
made online purchases from Blue Bay Designs within the last three
months, through telephonic interviews, for each of the 3 surveys.
• The customers were asked to respond to questions related to the
purchases they have done with Blue Bay Designs with the previous
three months
• Responses from the customers were used to analyse and present
data as shown in the following slides.
