E) 1. I would like to experience a management style where the work is based in a collaborative
style, also the responsibilities are delegated I would like to be managed with assertiveness but
kindness.

would like to be closer to my teamwork, to know about the pros and cons of every member and
encourage them to do their best and keep learning, as I would be doing the same.

A) 1. If i worked, i wouldn´t like an authoritarian management style, I don´t like to be controlled
all the time, because I consider I’m able to do things for myself, and also, I think being rude
and unpolite with your workteam is disgusting.

team is mores equal and collaborative.

women in this type of positions and because I thing that wrongly people use to think that
female bosses are worst and rougher, and I wish to go against that prejudice.

company, what things are being good and which aren’t, so all the members can create ideas
to solve those problems.
