What are your qualities and your faults?

Regarding my personal qualities, I see that I am someone very social, communicating, I like to help my
colleagues in class, I am very collaborative, having the sense of rigor and perseverance while remaining in the
good mood.
As for my flaws, I am a person who cannot say no sometimes, my kindness is badly perceived by my colleagues
who abuses my kindness, but recently I worked on this side in order to develop a collective and situational
intelligence in order to remedy this defect and overcome this defect.
What do you think about this job?
According to my research, I discovered that this position requires writing skills in Arabic, French and English, it
requires a good level of communication, interpersonal skills, an open mind, knowledge in intercultural
communication, but also it requires recurrent travel for diplomatic missions abroad, and that exactly matches
my profile.
How do you evaluate your level in English and French?
I am a trilingual person, in addition to Arabic and the Amazigh language which represent my two native
languages, I communicate well in French and English in written as in oral, as you will see, I have I graduated
from the Delf, so I took several online courses on business English, business communication and many other
fields, and I am sure that these professional qualifications and my communication skills in the different
languages that I master, will help me enormously to succeed in the position that you propose.
Do you have knowledge of international relations?
I already had the opportunity to read some reference books on international institutions and their roles, I often
read newspapers and magazines to follow the news about global diplomacy (like the diplomatic world, the
point ... etc), in addition to that, I am someone who is very present on the social networks and I read every day
the events as well in Morocco as in the other countries and I see that this general culture and my modest
knowledge in the international affairs will constitute a very positive point to consolidate my candidacy for this
position.
What interests you the most for this job? Have you ever applied for another job in the public or private
sector?
Actually, my main motivation for this position is that I am someone who loves his country a lot and who hopes
to defend his image abroad, it is a noble mission and I hope very much to live it and to realize it, to work within
the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is to realize a childhood dream, it is a prestigious position that I hope to get off
the ground to participate in the success of your organization, I am someone who likes to meet the challenges
and the post of administrator a truly a position where you have to roll up the sleeves to carry out missions
where the challenge is the key word.
Do you have a question? What will be your last word?
According to I want to thank you for your time and for interviewing me and I'm not hiding from you that this is
my first interview in my professional life and I hope that I will be selected to pass the written test and why not
cross the course and integrate your prestigious ministry. The question that concerns me is that if you have any
advice to give as freshly graduated laureate, if ever my performance was not up to your ambitions, what will be
your criticism of criticism to me that you can contact me and who will serve me in the future, if ever my
application is not retained by you.
My last word is that I very much hope to be accepted to transfer all my knowledge that I have accumulated
during more than 6 years of studies after the baccalaureate, my know-how, my knowledge to be for the benefit
of your administration in order to achieve the ultimate mission of all organizations and institutions of the
country namely the success and prosperity of the country under the leadership of His Majesty King Mohamed 6
may God assist him.
