1. Design Engineer
Jobs Description

 Responsible for researching, evaluating and enhancing the organization's

manufacturing equipment to maximize efficiency and quality, minimize waste and
costs and improve productivity.
 Design testing methods, conduct tests, and prepare reports on efficiency (products and
manufacturing process) by design or improve current equipment.
 Apply principle of engineering, manufacturing process and management science in the
design process, and implement cost-savings initiatives that remove non-value-added
steps from the process with equipment improvement.
 Research product requirement and manufacturing method to develop, design, modify
and improve manufacturing process and prepare product report by collecting,
analysing, and summarizing information and trends.
 Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters, and participate in
continuous improvement activities (safety, quality, cost and delivery performance)
 Implement statistical process analysis on new and exist products, and implement
PDCA cycle in all activity,
 Raise Purchase Requisition (PR) or Capital Expenditure (CAPEX), plan future
improvement done by production engineering and perform any task assigned by
superior.

Requirement & Skills:

 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical,

Manufacturing, Engineering Management, Information & System Engineering) or
equivalent.
 Experienced in general CAD knowledge.
 Skills in Solidwork modelling and visual basic.
 Able in bilingual communications; English and Bahasa Malaysia, Japanese is an
advantage.

2. Management Engineer
Jobs Description:

 Calculate Standard Time (ST) for new Model/New Destination towards trial/mass
production.
 Re-calculate ST because of any operation changes due to Design Change, operation
improvement or production layout.
 To support Bill of Material (BOM) registration in the system for parts ordering by
Purchasing Control Department.
 To support distribute information from KMI (drawing, packing specification,
instruction request) to related dept.
 Manage and control the Operating Instruction (OI) issuance record.
 Raise Purchase Requisition (PR) or Capital Expenditure (CAPEX)
 Implement PDCA cycle in all activity done and perform task assigned by superior.

Requirement & Skills:

 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical,

Manufacturing, Engineering Management, Information & System Engineering) or
equivalent.
 Experienced in managing Bill of Materials (BOM) and Parts Structure.
 Competent in Microsoft Office; Macro (Excel) is an advantage.

3. Process Engineer
Jobs Description:

 Plan and coordinate manufacturing processes as well as evaluate and improve

manufacturing methods to maximize efficiency and profitability.
 Implement cost- saving initiatives that remove non-value-added step from the process
 Research product requirement and manufacturing method to develop, design, modify
and improve manufacturing process.
 Gathers data quantifying efficiency, analyses and recommend process improvement.
 Design testing methods, conduct tests, and prepare reports on efficiency (products and
manufacturing process)
 Participate in continuous improvement activities to improve overall safety, quality, cost
and delivery performances.
 Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products.

4. Automation Engineer
Jobs Description:

 In charge for new machine start-up from installation to documentation.

 Conduct machine performance monitoring, breakdown analysis and carry out
improvement activity.
 Perform PM, house-keeping and calibration on the machine.
 Initiate troubleshooting and repair of major system breakdown.
 Work on the development and improvement of machines/equipment/tools/system.
 Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rate
efficiencies, yields, costs and changeovers.
 Implement PDCA cycle in all activity done and complete any other tasks assigned by
superior.
 Perform a variety of tasks assigned by superior.

Requirement & Skills:

 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical

Engineering or related technical degree.
 Have an exposure to automation development/process improvement function in a
manufacturing environment.
 Experience in analytical methodologies: e.g.; DOE, FMEA, SPC, and Lean
Manufacturing.
 Possess analytical thinking and strong technical skills.
 Basic knowledge on 3D drawing (Solidworks/AutoCAD)
 Have skills in PLC and programming of following PLC (Keyence, Mitsubishi or etc.)

5. Quality Assurance Engineer

Jobs Description:

 In-charge of incoming inspection parts quality and assist in negotiating and managing
suppliers.
 To support trouble shooting and provide feedback to manufacturing department on all
incoming parts quality.
 Direct the investigation of parts quality to suppliers and ensure supplier proper
measures are taken when necessary.
 Verify supplier corrective action to eliminate root cause and ensure countermeasure.
 Deal with supplier on parts' specification, drawing and etc. changes.
 Meeting sourcing goals across product group (focused on Cost, Quality, Delivery)
 Retrieve defect parts from process and responsible to ensure effective implementation
of QMS, EMS, OHSAS
 First Article Sample qualification based on Parts Quality Standard.
 To achieve KPI set by management.

Requirements:

 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Engineering

(Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
 Required skill(s): Knowledge of QMS, EMS AND OHSAS.
 Candidates should possess strong leadership, capability to plan, and good analytical
and able to work independently.
 Candidates with 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this
position.
 Good verbal and communication skills in Chinese or Japanese is an advantage.

6. Production Engineer

Jobs Description:

 Manage all job flow and activity of the section to ensure the achievement of optimum
production, the quality of product and timely delivers meet the requirement and
operator follow standard.
 Provide support in revolving yield and reliability issue related to quality and
customer.
 Recording process abnormalities, human errors and resolving production problems.
 Review, update and delegate work to respective technician and operator on their daily
operation.
 Prepare and review daily production schedule and report on output or work in
progress.
 Conduct 5’S and checking process.
 Train and develop technician and operators to achieve higher level of production
efficiency.
 Provide solution, supervise and judge the performance and ability of production
personnel.
 Carry out and implement the ISO 14000, 18000 & 9001 quality system and
procedure.
 Complete any other tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:
