We are an agency that offers FB Ad Services to companies.

Your goal is to spark interest in our 90 days paid traffic program, that will be
offered to decision-makers in these companies resulting in either a sale or a
confirmed call with our Director, who will then work to ensure a sale occurs.

We are looking for 5 individuals (coming onboard full time) that are experienced in
setting up appointments via email marketing, cold calling, video audit outreach and
other methods. We will need these individuals to be confident in reaching out to
the company's owners/managers from a list that we will be providing, each
individual will either target their own sector or companies in a different
countries.

Industries that will be targeted:

- Real Estate
- Ecommerce
- Cosmetics
- Infoproducts

Countries that will be targeted:

- USA
- UK
- Australia

We will need you to work closely and join our team. You will receive your own data
entry expert
to assist you for when and where you need it, whether that be for email marketing,
colder messaging, audit video outreach etc.

What we require, you MUST have experience in sales, preferably in the sector that
will be targeted as we will need individuals who will be able to contribute to
increasing our monthly revenue by 15 - 30% each month.

Requirements:

1. 2 years + in intensive sales positions.

2. English must be fluent.
3. Enjoy working in a team.

Someone who knows how to make the most of what they feel to be true even without

Someone who has worked in sales for quite a while and understands that they are
able to and will bounce back from a dry spell. Dry spells won�t result in getting

ways to turn things around.

An outstanding sales representative for us is someone who can go with the flow.
Adapting to addressed schedules and preferences which can make all the difference
between success and failure.

Persistence:
Without being rude or pushy, you are able to be the type of salespeople who knows
how to get the job done. You know that many people face the most challenging
obstacle just before they reach their goal.

The first week will be a trial (explanation below):

For the first week trial we are only offering pay of $100.00 and commission (if
sales occur in this time). We are doing this trial as an important part of our
businesses� recruitment processes. This trial will allow us as a company to test
how a potential salesperson is able to handle the pressures of a real working
environment and ensures they have the required skills (we understand that you know
your worth, and $100.00 will likely not be close to meeting that, please understand
that we are unable to assess your worth until we see the results you produce).

We would like to emphasise that we are not offering this low paying trial for
ulterior purposes, not using it in an exploitative manner. It is simply part of our
genuine recruitment process.

Various payment methods available, upon confirmation of acceptance to join the

trial week we will confirm which payment method is to be chosen (on an individual
basis), once decided the chosen method can not change except in special
circumstances:

The first week will be a trial resulting in the pay of $100.

Success after trial will be followed with a base pay of $200.00 per week and a
commission payment of $50.00 for every call booked.
The commission will be provided with any success achieved in the first week.

The trial resulting in the pay of $100.

Success after trial will be followed with a base pay of $150.00 per week and a
commission payment of $200 from each deal closed, all sales calls will be handled
by the Director of the company.
The commission will be provided with any success achieved in the first week.

The trial resulting in the pay of $100.

Success after trial will be followed with a base pay of $100.00 per week and a
commission payment of $400.00 from each deal closed, all sales calls will be
handled by the Director of the company.
The commission will be provided with any success achieved in the first week.

The trial resulting in the pay of $100.

Success after trial will be followed with a base pay of $50.00 per week and a
commission payment of $750.00 from each deal closed, all sales calls will be
handled by the Director of the company.
The commission will be provided with any success achieved in the first week.

Success after trial will be followed with no base rate pay and a commission payment
of $1,000.00 from each deal closed, all sales calls will be handled by the Director
of the company.

1 Week Trial begins on 25th.
