Work is worship, humbly submitted that:

1. I have dedicated 35 years of my young age for the upliftment of rural Industries
under the purview of Khadi Gramodyog with able directions of my great parents
Ch. Om Parkash Kadyan, retired as BDO with late Smt. Prem Kaur Kadyan,
belongs to Dhankar gotra, before marriage.
2. We, being a Gandhian Ideologist & philosopher, can’t accepts KVIC untrue facts,
as reproduced below:
The Applicant, Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC) is a statutory
body formed in April 1957 by the Government of India, established under Act of
Parliament (No.61 of 1955, as amended by Act No. 12 of 1987 and Act No. 10 of
2006).
Declaration: I, Yashwant Rai Grover, of InttlAdvocare, on behalf of the
Applicant, Khadi and Village Industries Commission, state that the facts above-
mentioned are true to the best of my knowledge.

Whereas Act No. 10 of 2006 has been repealed, besides it, KVIC never involved activities
covered under class 33 of Trade Mark Classification as fourth schedule to the Trade Mark
Rules, 2002 but following documents, duly executed by a well qualified persons, who is
registered with the establishments, functioning by authority.

The goods and services covered by the Applicant in its applications are as below:

Class 33: Alcoholic beverages, except beers; alcoholic preparations for making
beverages.

Which isn’t true, hurt my feelings & believes, compelled me to protest, adopting hunger
strike at Rajghat, New Delhi, onwards January 1st, 2021 till death.
