Benefits of Lime for our bodies

Assalamualaikum wr.wb.

Good morning healthy people. Who doesn’t want to have an ideal body,
healthy skin and a body that is stronger than before? Lot of people doing anything
to get it. For example, vitamin injections, go to the salon etc. They try hard to get
the ideal body and healthy skin but not a few of them are frustrated because they
have to spend time and money for vitamin injections. This time I want to present
three ways to get the ideal body, make skin healthier and even reduce cholesterol.
I will start by increasing immunity, rejuvenating skin, and lowering cholesterol by
consuming lime juice regularly.

The first way is a way to increase body immunity. Lots of us find body
supplements that use vitamin C. Well, lime is a natural source of vitamin C. By
diligently drinking lime juice, the antioxidant content in the form of flavonoids
will help increase your immunity, so that in any condition you will stay in shape.

The second way is a way to rejuvenate the skin. Many of us have


encountered various types of facial brighteners and even vitamin injections made
from lime. The antioxidants contained in lime are very good for our face and skin
to avoid acne, brighten the face, remove dead skin cells and overcome excess oil.
A natural way that you can make yourself at home is by rubbing lime juice on
your face, let it sit for a few minutes, then rinse it with water, you can also mix it
with honey or egg whites.

The third way is to lower cholesterol. Lime is rich in flavonoids.


Flavonoids act as powerful anti-oxidants. Antioxidants help protect the body from
free radicals, especially unstable molecules that can damage healthy cells. You do
this by consuming warm lime, if possible, you don't need to squeeze it but cut it
into small pieces with an orange that is still skinned, drink it every morning and
night before going to bed so that bad cholesterol in your body decreases
immediately.
The conclusion of losing weight, maintaining healthy skin and overcoming
cholesterol is to consume lime regularly as I have explained above because
maintaining body ideals and maintaining healthy skin is very important for our
own long term.
