Dear Sir ,

The Problems of The Standards of Procedure ( SOP ) and The Solutions .

In an effort to prevent the spread of Covid-19 , we should follow all the standards of
procedure ( SOP ) set by the Ministry of Health of Malaysia . I noticed that there are
some areas that can be improved at the school . With the reference from the tittle , I
would like to write a letter about the problems I noticed and the solutions .

1. There are few problems that I have noticed at the school about students
responsibilities in following SOP . First , almost every students have no inclination to
wear face mask . They thought that wearing face mask can not be avoid from being
infected by the virus . Second , they did not apply hand sanitiser frequently . This shows
that the students lack of information about the advantage of applying hand sanitser .
According to this problem , students must ensure that the hand sanitiser is on their daily
essentials from now on . Third , the students are not following the SOP by not practicing
physical distancing . As everyone was informed , we should atleast stand one meter away
from others . By practicing physical distancing , we surely can break the chain of Covid-
19 easily .

2. Next , students are always sharing food with their friends during recess time . The
studens does not know that the virus can spread from an infected person’s mouth in small
liquid paricles . So that , we should avoid from doing physical contact such as sharing
food with friends . I want to highlight about the symptomatic students that show up at
school . Those high risk students should not show up at school to avoid any problems
from occured . They should rest at home and do self-isolation to prevent the spread of
Covid-19 . Lastly , the students are not taking care of hygiene seriously . For example ,
they did not wash their hand frequently . If this problem can not be solved , the numbers
of covid-19 cases might increased as days go by .

3. According to the problems , there are few solutions of the problems . First , we can
impose fine to the students who does not follow and taking the SOP seriously . For
example , the teachers can asked the students to write an essay about the SOP so that they
will remember and obey all the rules . Second , the teachers can also do the
demonstartion of hand sanitising during class hours untill they can normalise it . The
students need to bring the hand sanitiser everyday and must apply it if there are no place
to wash hand . Then , the supervision by teachers can also help from the spreadness of
Covid-19 . The teachers should always monitor the students to ensure that they always
follow the SOP .

4. Next , we can make an audio about the SOP and the danger of food sharing as daily
reminder to the students . This solution can avoid the students from sharing their food
with others . The following solution is isolate symptomatic students from others . By
doing this , we can ensure that the other students will not being infected from the
symptomatic students . Lastly , the teachers should always remind the students about the
disadvantage of not taking care their hygiene seriously . It is because the virus can easily
spread if we are not taking care about hygiene seriously .

5. You can imagine how bad it will caused if we do not have any solutions to each
problems . This may lead to a serious number of Covid-19 cases . I trust you to execute
all the solutions provided to break the chain of Covid-19 . Otherwise , we need to face the
consequences of not taking the SOP seriously . I hope my letter will help you a lot .
