Resumen
Abstract
In the following work the Pareto diagram is applied for the identification of the different
causes found in the area of dairy products processes, it shows the problems that one has
in a process, which one wants to solve several complaints on demand is users, for what
can be done in an analysis to identify the causes, the problem of porosity and the fresh
Q'kalas company. For this process, 11 causes that are related to the production of fresh
cheeses in the company are identified, which are mentioned in the tables, the
frequencies are silenced or the bases of the analysis data and the surveys are taken, and
the conclusion of what these causes affect production.
