5. Connectivity issues :

Note : As all the above items are under comprehensive warranty period for 3 years, Break downs should be
immediately reported to the vendor concerned through the I T Coordinator and a similar report should be
sent to HMIS help desk. The defects / break downs if any should be set right at the earliest.
