Skip Counting by 10s, 50s, and 100s

Skip counting is the process of counting objects in equal groups of two or more.

Skip Counting by 10s

Jay counts the numbers at every step.
He skips count by 10s.
There are 10 steps which begin at 10 and end at 100.
The steps move up by 10 counts.

Skip Counting by 50s

Let us skip count by 50s and write the missing numbers.
Skip Counting by 100s
Let us skip count by 100s and write the missing numbers.

In skip counting, we simply add or subtract to get the missing number or the next number depending on whether

it is counting by 10s, 50s, and 100s, etc.

-In skip counting by 10s, 50s, and 100s, we simply think of the common difference between the given numbers

to get the next missing numbers.
