to be put in class survey record File with endorsement by the Surveyor.

- The following surveys and examination were carried out:
Opened up the p/p for inspection internal parts as the impeller, shaft, ball bearing, roller bearing,
double cargo seal, single cargo seal, oil seal, upper and lower sleeve, wearing ring found the
wearing little worn out. Renewed wear ring, double cargo seal, single cargo seal, oil seal,all of o-
rings. Reassembly the pump then trial found satisfactory.
