Note:
Any conflict between the above Project Specifications, Standards and Codes shall be immediately
(with in 2 weeks from the commencement of works) referred by the Contractor to the
Superintendent, whose decision on the priority of implementation shall be binding on the
Contractor. In general, the most stringent requirement shall be complied by the Contractor.
