ISSUE –
Politics & skewed science do not resolve disease issues

As a CONSTITUTIONALIST my concern is the true meaning and application of the constitution.

**#** INSPECTOR-RIKATI®, there was this 40 year old photographer in a laboratory (UK)
named Janet Parker (They had two dogs, and were close to her parents, who lived nearby.), and
well she got infected and not long thereafter she died. About 12 years earlier a then 23 year old
also became infected but he survived. They never discovered why either one of them got
infected. Apparently, neither of them were near the cause of the decease. When Janet Parker died
the head of the Laboratory committed suicide and left a note behind that he felt responsibility. At
the time is was questioned of the air filters may have been defective, etc, causing it to spread
around.

 On 26 May 1978, Bedson drove to London to visit Prof Keith Dumbell, a smallpox expert at St Mary’s
medical school. Dumbell handed over some vials of smallpox virus. They included an exceptionally virulent
strain, isolated in 1970 from two Pakistani patients – a three-year-old boy called Abid and an 18-year-old
man called Taj. Bedson drove the virus 120 miles back to Birmingham. The laboratory started work on the
Abid strain in mid-July.

Birmingham. Bakhshi grew up among the Indian Sikh community in Dar es Salaam, in east Africa. After

officer, and other members of a hastily set up advisory committee, including Bedson and Geddes, as well as
medical experts from national and international organisations. The committee would meet every day until 16
September.

Janet Parker’s mother also became infected but survived and her father was taken into hospital
but died of a heart attack the next day. (I wonder that if the “smallpox” might have been relevant
having the dog? If for example Janet had taken her dog toher work, and it somehow was
contaminated by licking something and or its pawns onto the floor, or even coming in contact
with one of the animals housed there, and then spread it to Janet and her parents.) There was
however this doctor who was placed in charge of Janet Parker, etc, and well as he himself recalls
people then didn’t particular accept him but nevertheless he took action and had the full support
of the local government, etc. What we however have in Australia is that instead of having some
competent medical doctor in charge we have politics and skewed science involved. I wrote over
time repeatedly that with the lockdowns there was to my wife and I experiences absolutely no
assistance whatsoever to be provided with food, etc. Despite my wife being a heart failure
patient, and having other health issues, nevertheless not only was there no assistance to assist but
even the medical services she needed essentially were non existent. Her temper was showing,
due to being essentailly under house arrest. As she made clear, she had lived through WWII and
communist regime but this was far worse to her. It was only that I was able to calm her down
time and time again that we got through it but I realise that many who are isolated on their own
may have lacked this assistance.
* Just before I forget to ask, what is happening with your case in the HCA (High Court of
Australia)?
**#** Well, I have heard so far nothing about the formal complaint I lodged against the
Registrar. However, I am still working on it.
* Did you read the Clive Palmer and Gerner cases that the HCA dismissed?
**#** I didn’t as I first am working on my preparation and once I have that worked out then I
will consider those judgments. I do not desire to be sidetracked by what the judges stated. Best is
to work out my case and then have a better understanding of relevant matters and then able to
defeat the courts arguments. This is how I researched constitutional matters, to avoid being
sidetracked by unconstitutional legislation. To do otherwise means you likely misread what the
constitution stands for. I have been following also the USA presidential election issues.
* Is that relevant?
**#** Indeed it is, at least in my view.

Building Back Better (BBB) is an approach to post-disaster ... safer, and more disaster-
resilient infrastructure ... employment and livelihoods, enabling large.

When you look at candidate Joe Biden he has behind him at a display the wording “BUILDING
BACK BETTER”. And PM Johnson in the UK use the same slogan. In Victoria Premier Daniel
Andrews seems to use “VICTORIA BIG BUILD” but essentially it appears to me to be a Marxist
system. This is also why it appears to me that Democrat Party States are using COVID-19 as an
excuse for lockdowns, etc. And let us not ignore that allegedly based on a lie the South Australia
Premier did do a lockdown for 6 days, but when the alleged lie was exposed it was reduced to 3
days. This is just, at least in my view, underlining that politicians will grab anything to apply
some draconic measure to push for their New World Order (NOW). The World Economic Forum
(WEF) is all about implementing a new system. Trying to get rid of cash (monies), tracking
people, etc. To cause people to be submissive by wearing mask, etc. If the nonsense of mask
wearing had any validity then why not prevent motor vehicles to be used as after all more people
are killed by motor vehicle accidents? Various surveys appear to indicate that those wearing
mask are no less vulnerable then those not wearing a mask. It is simply junk science or skewed
science that they are using. And as the doctors/scientist are not elected to govern then why on
earth are they allowed to do so?
* Hasn’t Victoria achieved to be for weeks without any positive cases and any deaths?
**#** Do you really belief that nonsense? They simply are playing with figures and details. No
fair-minded person would accept that no longer residents in nursing-homes do not die. They still
do just that it is no longer claimed to be for this COVID-19, And do you really accept that there
somehow are no more positive cases? All they need to do is to pretend, and that is it. The test
was never designed for COVID-19 and so any test results are simply so to say manufactured. In
the USA they had numerous test results of different laboratories all getting 100% positives rates,
that was until there was an investigation and then the 100% rates replaced to be about 7% . The
about 250,000 deaths “FROM” COVID-19 was later claimed by the CDC (Centre for Disease
Control) to be about 8,000. But for political campaigns it was still claimed about 250,000 deaths
“FROM” COVID-19. Despite of the huge number of deaths in Italy and France and Spain the
pathologist there made clear that no one died “FROM” COVID-19. They died “WITH”
COVID-19. The difference is that when a person has COVID-19 and then some bacterium
combines it then it can become deathly.

Plural bacteria. Any of a large group of one-celled organisms that lack a cell nucleus,
reproduce by fission or by forming spores, and in some cases cause disease.

As such, the issue is to seek to avoid the bacteria to get to it. As I however in past writings made
clear much is to be done about ‘housekeeping” in nursing homes. This is why some nursing
homes had no COVID-19 related deaths whereas others had a lot. This is also why the death toll
in private homes is nearly negligible versus nursing homes. Where is the research of what

bacteria might be involved that cause an escalation of the virus to combined become deathly?
What kind of bacteria is so deathly? Is it like the Legionnaires Decease a water supply problem
at some but not all nursing homes and the same with other areas? Some persons might be more
vulnerable then others to some bacteria and so what research is there to address the issues
concerned? Mask wearing appears to be also some cause of getting COVID-19, this because the
bacteria that build up on the inside and outside of the mask. Just go and stand somewhere and
observe people constantly touching the mask they wear. They are not only then contaminating
their hands but also any food they consume. This, whereas if they didn’t wear a mask at all they
could avoid this contamination. And how often does a person wearing glasses blow his nose and
then might just blow onto the eyes the bacteria that can result on COVID-19.
Because I am conscious about my glasses fogging up when I blow my nose, I therefore remove
my glasses before blowing my nose. This as the eyes in my view are far more vulnerable than the
nose. The nose is more vulnerable then the mouth. So, when people are wearing masks over their
mouths but not over their noses they might as well not wear a mask at all. So many in the health
profession succumbed due to COVID-19 and whatever that the very government claiming them
to be hero’s are in fact blatantly ignoring their health issues. Using PPE (Personal Protection
Equipment) simply is not the all out solution. When I witnesses nurses dropping their face
diapers (masks) onto the ground and then picking them up and then place them over their mouth,
etc, then clearly that is why many become ill. Even those using the face diapers correctly
nevertheless are more likely vulnerable for various reasons.
*. Are you indicating not to use any masks?
**#** There are circumstances a doctor such as in an operation theater should wear a mask but
then it must be one specifically designed for this purpose and this appears to me not to exist.
*. What about N95?
**#** They are in my view not sufficient to protect the wearer. And other then in operation
environment they appear to me to be utterly useless. Dumping people in hotels, not build for
quarantine purposes isn’t competent management whatsoever. Locking down businesses in my
view only aggravated the problems. It merely appeared to me to be for purpose of New World
Order system implication and never mind people in then process are neglected and die. What I
found remarkable how this doctor made clear that he also arranged for trash to be taken away,
nappies to be delivered and also food. This in general now has been lacking when it comes to the
COVID-19 issue. This too indicated to me it wasn’t at all about protecting vulnerable persons but
rather to use this excuse to inflict maximum harm upon the community.
*. What about the courts, even so you didn’t read the HCA judgments?
**#** My general view is we lack decent judges who will place the constitution first and
foremost. Many a person I understand is horrified to go to court because of their views that
judges are not interested in enforcing their constitutional and other legal rights but are more
interested in what is in it for them after retirement so they will sway toward the government no
matter how wrong this might be. When you have a judge making clear the constitution doesn’t
apply to her then surely this is evidence on its own that judges are blatantly disregarding the
constitution. In Ukraine, I understand people are jumping out of the hospital windows when
informed they suffer from COVID-19, even a woman who just gave birth to a baby and surely
we need to stop this delusional conduct to cause such a fear.

 Reports of Covid patients leaping from Ukrainian hospital windows in tragic suicide
bids as health system ‘on brink of collapse’
In my view it is the scaremongering that mainly may cause people to commit suicide. First it was
about flattening the curve, and not overwhelming the hospital system, well we are long past this.
I am concerned that this was so to say no more but a test drive for politicians to see how far they
can drive their mantra, and then next time they will push it further beyond the point of no return.
*. You do not accept excuses from politicians?
**#** Absolutely not. Where it is their failures then they must be held legally and also
politically accountable. If we fail to do so then it will become worse, as they have the security
they are untouchable no matter how many lives are needless lost.
*. Are you after a particular political party politicians?
**#** I couldn’t care less who is associated with what political party. My criticism has been to
many of any political party.
*. Getting back to the USA what is your view about the presidential election?
**#** To be very honest I am concerned also how this might have gone on within Australia. Are
states using counting machines that also can be unauthorized manipulated? I have downloaded
some of the “evidence” that was obtained from the counting machines and I have absolutely no
doubt that the counting machines were manipulated in favour of Joe Biden. It is sheer impossible
to have about 7 readings over different times and all show to be a maintenance of the same
voting percentage. No fair-minded person would accept that for hours on end somehow the same
ratio of votes went to Joe Biden time and time again considering different areas. More over I
used to set performance levels of workers using time and motion study and it is sheer impossible
that the total of vote counting of the machines somehow is more than times it maximum ability.
And, this without even considering any jams, etc. I used to plan my factory production,
considering stand downs and toilet breaks, etc, to be about 80% of the maximum production.
And generally this was about achieved. No one can convince me that voting counting machines
can count more than times its maximum counting ability. Meaning, that voting dumps occurred
pretending to be vote counting but never having been counted. There are numerous other issues
and what we really have is that Joe Biden prior to the election made clear he would not declare
victory unless all votes were counted and he was the winner. Well the media declared him to be
the winner more than 2 weeks ago, this even so states are still to finish counting. The issue is not
as to who won the election but to pursue a mentality that no matter what Joe Biden won so he
can implement his Marxist “BUILDING BACK BETTER” system. And we had the Minister for
Health NSW also stating to pursue the implication of the New World Order. As such there is no
“conspiracy theory” here as it is openly declared by various politicians.
*.What about the vaccination issue?
**#** As I referred to the Janet Parker issue there the doctor in charge concentrated upon those
of close contact and those who may have likely had some contact. Those, including doctors, who
had close contact were all isolated. Those who had likely contact had some checking. Despite
this being a killer decease there was no lockdown. And again, Janet Parker was the last person to
die from the decease. That is what I view is achievable with a competent doctor/scientist. When
however you got politicians with some political agenda to rob citizens of their constitutional,
human and other legal rights then well the more deaths they can claim the better for their fear
mongering. Obviously we should be rightfully allarmed that if we have so called political leaders

and other health professionals all going into spasm and panic mode regarding COVID-19 then
what if some very killer decease similar to “smallpox” comes around?
Why indeed were those (allegedly) infected dumped in hotels totally unsuitable for quarantine
purposes? Why were there no real quarantine facilities available? If COVID-19 had been as
deadly as predicted and say as the “smallpox” then we could indeed have faced horrendous
numvbbers of deaths due to the gross incompetence in political leadership, preperations and
health officials. This is the real issue to be concerned about.
How idiotic to have say some farmer out in the nowhere wearing a mask allegedly to protect
someone else, when noone is around for kilometers. Yet, the real areas where nursing homes and
hospitals there the lack of proper housekeeping in my view may have been the real reasons of
people dying “WITH” COVID-19, due to some bacteria hitching a ride with some virus causing
COVID-19.
What now is needed is to establish a proper protocal that all and any “man-kind” decease is
appropriately governed by the Biosecurity Act 2015 (Cth) and appropriate “quarantine”
facilities exist that can be relied upon in case of an emergency. ICU (Intensivve Care Units) are
not “quarantine” facilities and should never be used as such, this as it likely places health
officials at perild of the desease.
Dr Surinder Bakhshi proved that he was able to competently manage whatever was at the time
required to be done and yet more than 40 years later our current political leaders and health
officials are in my view grossly incompetent to do similar despite having much modenrn
equipment, etc.
As a doctor in NYC hospital earlier this years then already warned about patients were actually
dying, not from COVID-19 but because of ventilators not being programmed for the patient and
so actually killing them.

When politicians are more concerned for creating some New World Order rather that they are
betrying their oath of officer to serve those who elected them within constitutional framework
and not some foreign entity then We, the People, must make sure they are held legally and
politically accountable.
We need to return to the organics and legal principles embed in of our federal constitution!
