1. Share your physical education experiences in high school. Compare these with your
expectations in physical education in college.
Based on my experiences both in Junior High School and Senior High School I totally
engaged in activities when I was in my Junior High School than in Senior High School there was a
lot activity we do during that span. From Grade 7 up until Grade 10 we basically learn and perform
the basics physical movements. We also have sports, dances, aerobics, and zumba.
2. Give examples of physical education activities in high school. Which of these do you like best?
Why?
We have a lot of activities that we do and If I still remember we able to perform the basics
exercise, cheerleading, jogging and running, basic stretches, also with some sports like basketball,
volleyball, badminton, and swimming. My personal favourite is basketball I dearly love the sports so
when we have a chance to play and insert the basic skills that we should apply in a basketball
game I expose my good basketball skill to my classmates and It is enjoyable to play with your
friends and teacher.
