Based on my experiences both in Junior High School and Senior High School I totally
engaged in activities when I was in my Junior High School than in Senior High School there was a
lot activity we do during that span. From Grade 7 up until Grade 10 we basically learn and perform
the basics physical movements. We also have sports, dances, aerobics, and zumba.

Why?

We have a lot of activities that we do and If I still remember we able to perform the basics
exercise, cheerleading, jogging and running, basic stretches, also with some sports like basketball,
volleyball, badminton, and swimming. My personal favourite is basketball I dearly love the sports so
when we have a chance to play and insert the basic skills that we should apply in a basketball
