The following points were discussed.

1. All members were informed to collect feedback from II, III, IV B Tech I Sem students
after end examinations break.

2. All members were asked to plan for the first year induction program. They were
instructed to identify the faculty and also the modules to be discussed in the Induction
Program.

3. All members were requested to monitor regularly the student’s online class’s attendance
and inform the respective class in chargers regarding the student’s attendance.

4. Remedial classes are conducted for II year Lateral entry students during the semester
break to revise the syllabus.

5. The Coordinators of Mini Project were instructed to maintain the recordings of reviews
conducted.

6. All the faculty members are instructed to prepare course files for the current academic
year 2020-21 and last academic year 2019-20 for NBA.

7. College level committee Coordinators are requested to conduct monthly meetings as


per schedule.

8. All the class in-charges are requested to keep softcopy and hardcopy of students
attendance ready and communicate with Parents if students have attendance less than
75%.

9. All members are requested to plan for conducting Lab Sessions for lab subjects in
current semester.

10. Regarding lab examinations, it is better to instruct our students to choose our college if it
is scheduled offline. I year faculty are instructed to send pdf and upload the videos of lab
programs by creating you tube channel.

11. The details of Anti-ragging committee members are to be displayed on department


notice boards. Anti - ragging committee members are requested to collect undertaking
form from II, III and IV year students.

12. AICTE is planning to introduce course for II and III year students regarding Universal
Human Values.

13. All the faculty are instructed to follow Microsoft Teams App instead of Zoom App for
conducting Online classes.

14. All members were informed to encourage their department faculty to attend workshops
and update their knowledge.

15. All the faculty are instructed to maintain NPTEL and Coursera certificates.

16. Alumni Coordinator is instructed to collect details from passed out students and to
maintain both Softcopy and Hardcopy.

17. FFC visit for this year can be in last week of December or in First week of January. So,
all members were informed to be ready for inspection.

18. All the faculty members are instructed to publish papers in their respective domain in
conference, seminars and journals. It is mandatory to publish at least one paper for
every six months.

19. Major Project Coordinators are instructed to maintain Review and Project Viva
recordings of 2019- 20 passed out students.
