Welcome to the instruction page for this file.

This file allows you to evaluate various proposals based on certain user-defined criterias that you can customize. It also allows
weight each criterion that will be considered while evaluating the proposal. You can have upto 11 reviewers
for each proposal without significant revision of the file.

It also contains a handout that can be used to take notes by the reviewers during the proposal meeting. It also contains a shee
notes or meeting minutes along with the action items.

All cells in blue require manual entry of data or to double-check on a formula.

What is here and how do I use it?

1 This first sheet "Basic Matrix" is where you define the various criteria such as Flexibility, Approach, Cost etc. on which
the proposals will be evaluated and give weightings to each. In this sheet you will also enter the rating given by each revie
for the all selected criteria. These ratings will be given for each proposal. Finally, all this data would be used to evaluate th

2 The second sheet "Combined Evals" links to the data entered in the first sheet. All the data visible on this sheet is calculat
