e-Tender PTTEP system

(For Supplier)

1 Type URL address http://www.supplierwebwork.com to login.

When supplier received the Email request for eRFX, supplier can login via URL sent to Email.
Click on “Member Login”.

Click this button to login

1.Enter User name

2.Enter Password

3.Click “LOGIN”

Enter the User Name and Password, then click “LOGIN” button.
Remarks:
If forgot password, user can request a new password by select “Forgot Password”.
Enter the User Name and click “Submit” button for a new password.

Main Menu
Home Press this button for back to the first page.
Profile User Information (can update information and change password).
Manual & FAQ Download the system manual and see FAQs about system usage.
Contact Us Customer Care contact information.
Logout Press this button to logout.
Other details on the first page
Contact name, Company’s name eRFX User Information.
Choose Language Display language in Thai or English.

Click on “eRFX” to enter the process of response eRFX.

3 How to response eRFX

User can see how to response eRFX process step by step on the left hand menu.

Select eRFX name

Closed envelop means new eRFX
Select eRFX name from the list. Screen will appear as below;

View eRFX Detail

General Information Show detail of eRFX e.g. eRFX No., eRFX name, Open Date, Buyer name.
eRFX will close in Show the remaining time for eRFX.
Buyer Information Show Buyer contact information.

eRFX Status
Active eRFX is currently available.
eRFX is temporary stopped by Buyer for editing information.
Pending
You can’t response eRFX until Buyer is finished.

Closed eRFX is expired. You can’t response this eRFX
Cancelled eRFX is cancelled by Buyer. You can’t response this eRFX.
All All lists of eRFX status
You can view the eRFX detail from this screen and print all eRFX detail by click on “Print”.
Please select your response status “Accept eRFX” or “Not Accept eRFX” and fill in detail on next step.

Please fill in the Price/Unit in the Quotation section.

Supplier fill in the

price/unit and system will
automatically calculate
the total amount.

Click “Save and Next”

Supplier Ref No. : You can enter your company Ref No. in this box
Please check all eRFX details before fill in the Price/Unit e.g. Item Detail, Price condition (Include or Exclude VAT),
currency, and Unit (per pieces or dozen)
Fill in the Price/Unit, Free item, and specify the condition (if any)
Check all details and total amount that the system has automatically calculated before click on “Save and Next” for the
next step.

Remarks:
1. “Save Draft” button is to save the eRFX details and exit from the response eRFX process.
2. Click on “Back to…” for back to previous process.
3. “Cancel” button is to exit from the response eRFX process and back to the main page of eRFX list.
4. If supplier do not offer the price for all items, pop up window will appear as below.

Only the item without price offer, system will ask for the reason as below lists;
1) Not sell this product
2) Out of stock
3) Obsolete, Discontinued product
Click on “Save” button to next step

Please check your Quotation/ Questionnaire every time before send eRFX to Buyer.
Please read Term & Condition of all eRFX detail and to accept the Term & Conditiion before click on “Send to
Buyer”.
Pop up window will appear to confirm to send eRFX to Buyer.

Click on “OK” button to return to the main page of eRFX list. The response status will show Accept .

Remarks:
1. You can unlimited response eRFX to Buyer until the closed date/time.
2. You can view your response status history by click on , and screen will appear as below.

If “Not Accept’ eRFX

Click on “Not Accept eRFX”

Click on “Not Accept eRFX”.

System require to fill in the reason why not accept eRFX in the filed of Note to Buyer.
Please read Term & Condition and to accept the Term & Conditiion before click on “Send to Buyer”.
Pop up window will appear to confirm to send eRFX to Buyer.
