Match Coverage

Match coverage will be used when our fire zone package is called. We will
pressure with 5 rushers as designated by call. The six remaining defenders will execute
three under three deep fire zone principals. Match coverage will occur with a single
linebacker or defensive back blitz or two linebackers blitz and we drop a defensive
lineman. Fire zone calls are specifically designed to affect specific offensive run
schemes and protections. We will use fire zones during situations as needed, down and
distance is not a factor. The following will specify who or what position will blitz/fire
zone.

A. States Names > will indicate two linebackers are blitzing and defensive lineman
will drop
B. Warrior Names > will indicate a line backer plus a member of the secondary are
blitzing and defensive lineman will drop
C. Position Name > will indicate a single dog will occur and there will not be a need
for a defensive lineman to drop.

The following will be base examples of different calls we will make throughout the
season. We will design/add call throughout the season as needed.
