“Trump v.

Biden” – The Donald Needs Investigative Potency of the Mossad

By Robert B. Sklaroff, M.D.

Because it is in Israel’s national interest to unearth the international tentacles of the anti-Trump
conspiracy—and because America’s CIA, FBI and Department of Justice continue to be inert—it’s
necessary to “Call in the Marines!”

The United States people need the Mossad to investigate Dominion Voting Systems ASAP.

Our Study Guide and our Handicap, published in Israel, elucidated President Trump’s strategy and
how release of the “Kraken” may best be conceptualized; our elucidation of how his litigation
strategy is converging on the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) is being actualized by
Trump’s emphasis on what conservative Originalist justices value when promoting Federalism.

Before grappling with the Kraken “Sea Monster” that Trump’s lawyers introduced in their Opening
Statement (see transcript), it’s necessary to recap the two-step structure of the litigation that
most of the media continue to find reasons to ignore; everything falls under the aegis of either
honoring the will of the legislature or of exposing implementation that was at odds with statute.

This is how The Greatest Electoral Heist in American History threatens to yield an anti-Israel
update of “The New World Order” that has been dubbed “The Great Reset”; this is why it’s vital
to appreciate that the judiciary has reversed certification, as occurred in Pennsylvania and in
Florida.

In the process, rendered moot is the applicability of the Independent State Legislature Doctrine
because the SCOTUS is ultimately responsible for determining the constitutionality of all state
legislative determinations, regardless of how they may have been adjudicated by its supreme
court.

That’s why the decision by a Pennsylvania Obama-judge will be appealed due to abuse of
discretion and error of law (emphasizing Equal Protection); it also acknowledges that a Trump-
lawyer was harassed by a lawyer representing the Secretary of State, part of a lawless national
“cancel culture” campaign.

Sufficient information has leaked through censorship by the media and Big Tech about events in
other states such as Wisconsin to have established national patterns of deceit; these data have
prompted the FEC Commission Chair to acknowledge Trump has legitimate claims of election
fraud and a third of Democrats to believe the election was stolen from Trump.

Reliable information are “gushing through a firehose” to quote Sidney Powell, as provided without
a paywall by Newsmax, America’s Voice, and One America News; a track-record of excellence is
also on tap from revered analysts Rush Limbaugh (and his fill-in hosts) along with Dennis Prager
(and his “University” contributors) and Sinclair (and investigators such as Sharyl Attkisson).
To be clarified in Nevada is how total presidential election votes (1,405,376) exceeded the total
ballots cast (1,327,394), a discrepancy (77,982) that exceeds Biden’s edge (33,596); might ballot-
stuffing have emerged both through traditional means (deceased voters) and via a pay-for-play
voting raffle that targeted Native Americans?

Trump’s allegation of “massive fraud is to be investigated in Michigan, as a canvass board member

seeks “evidence” to justify delaying certification (in a piece composed by John Gizzi, a highly-
respected journalist with whom I’ve chatted); apoplectic Democrats have been reduced to
threatening legislators for meeting with Trump.

In Georgia, data analysis necessitates performance of a fresh recount that the formerly silent
governor feels must include an audit of ballot envelop signatures to look for fraud, inasmuch as
ballot signature verification has an 89% failure rate; to be probed also is how old voting machines
were dumped near Savannah.

When speculating as to the future when fast-moving events are occurring on a half-dozen fronts—
and while some are being linked to multistate phenomena, as Sidney Powell has asserted—it’s
best to address contrary arguments, even when they predictably arise from never-Trumpers;
indeed, it is vital to ensure a litigation strategy encompasses such concerns to optimize the
chances for success.

Leading the charge has been elitist conservatives at the National Review, which even trashed
Breitbart readers; this was reminiscent of its 2016 multi-author attack on Trump, amplified by an
inane attack by former NR editor Jonah Goldberg, who charged Trump with “trying to steal” the
election.

Not far behind are Libertarians such as one of many simple-minded starlets at Fox News, Jedediah
Bila, who are desperately attempting to supplant Trumpism within the GOP by echoing
accusations by Democrats that he’s a Nativist; they have fashioned a post-Trump agenda that
both enhances what The Donald pursues (precipitous Afghanistan withdrawal) and undermines
his core agenda (open borders).

They falsely claimed [1]—the Dominion Voting Machine “Conspiracy Theory” had been debunked
because it had not deleted Trump votes; [2]—other fraud-based accusations were untrue, such
as the claim that Republican observers had been barred from count rooms; [3]—post-election
lawsuits are inadequate due to insufficient evidence; and [4]—the SCOTUS won't save Trump
because Bush v. Gore is inapposite.

Focusing on Pennsylvania, they falsely claimed Trump’s search for voting irregularities had turned
increasingly desperate; after having falsely characterized Trump’s litigation strategy as aspiring to
cancel all mail-in ballots, they claimed Biden had won enough in-person votes that he would still
win even if contested mail-in ballots were thrown out.

Others have had profound philosophical disagreements with Trump, such as free-market Toomey;
indeed, Trump dismissed neo-con Liz Cheney.
Trump’s defenders have included Newsmax, The Epoch Times, One America News, America’s
Voice, and Sinclair; ex-patriots from Fox keep popping on these outlets, including Eric Bowling and
Trish Regan.

Perhaps his staunchest advocate has been Steven K. Bannon, who combines both detailed
electoral awareness and a longitudinal anti-China viewpoint (manifest when he highlighted Dr. Li-
Meng Yan’s claim that Covid-19 is a Chinese bio-weapon); perhaps he can recruit the Israelis to
investigate this fraudulent election….
